The breakfast was amazing! It offers everything. The hotel has as well a gym and sauna but we sad but true didn't have the time for it. Definitly coming back!

We were travelling from France to Czech Republic by car. HARBR hotel was such a nice break from the long trip. The whole hotel (and the room!) was clean and well decorated. The bed was especially comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choice and the food was tasty.

Staffs were very helpful - we forgot our glasses and sent a message to the hotel for support. The staff replied very quickly and shipped our glasses to our home directly on the next day. Everything else was also perfect. Great value for money.

We were told that the service desk would approach us to inform us about our slightly earlier access to our nice hotel room. Unfortunately, this promise was left unexecuted.

Very nice and cozy hotel with nautical theme - very nice idea, we liked it very much. Bar has a very good drink and food menu. Breakfast was excellent, I wished to stay more than one night..😊

A bit basic breakfast but still quite ok. A bit pricey accommodation however this is the issue after pandemic- prices are crazy in all hotels

Pros: Design, Comfort, Easy Access, very nice stuff at the reception, easy and quick check in and check out, roomy and clean apartment. Reasonable breakfast, good coffee Overall great stay.

The view of out of the window was a building site. No phone in the room - when we needed something, we had to go to the reception.

Fresh and tidy room, nice maritime design. Huge and comfy bed. Great breakfast choices, longer breakfast (until 12pm) on Sunday. Helpful staff - even though the baby crib we reserved through booking wasn't in our room upon arrival, it was brought to our room around 20min after stating this fact.

Staff was a bit outnumbered in the restaurant, compared to how many guests came for dinners on Sunday evening. Even though they managed it appropriately :)

The hotel is placed in an industrial/office area of the city, so there are neither restaurants nor supermarkets near in case you want to grab some food. Anyway, there is a commercial area 15 min away

The hotel was clean and well maintained, rooms big enough and well equipped. The breakfast was really good and varied. They have parking (for a rate) as well as some mobility options (bycicle and e-scooters)

Dog beds are too small for any bigger breed, so you have to take your own. If the hotel wants to be dog friendly, ot should be prepared for every breed, not only for the small ones. Very limited menu in the evening, but there is an Italian restaurant nearby.

Surprise treat for the dog. Terrace with view on the river. Fitness room on the top floor with nice balcony and view. Nice breakfast.

There was a complete mix up with our reservations. We had two separate reservations. One for 1 room and the other for 2 rooms. First reservation room ended up next to one of the rooms from the second reservation and its "pair" room on another floor. Room with one person ended up having a baby crib that was needed in another room with a little kid. That was a big surprise because baby crib was not available from the beginning and it was communicated through messages on Booking.

1. Parking - limited parking spots. You have to be lucky to take the spot and then if you decide to leave the parking the spot is not waiting for you. It is like playing a musical chairs, you get out and you lose your spot. 2. Cleaning - we stayed for 2 nights and there was no cleaning nor emptying trash. We ended up with no soap in the bathroom. We were travelling with the kid so it is important for us. 3. Miscalculation of bills - 2 times I encountered with wrong bill. Once at the bar when they wanted to charged me for some additional drinks we didn't take and at the end for the parking they wanted to charge me for the whole day although I went out after few hours and checked my card with the receptionist using my room number. Staff is not concentrated enough. Both of my problems were solved quickly.

Great location, very nice walk by the Neckar river and beautiful new neighborhood on our way to the city center. Modern design of the hotel. Breakfast was standard with no surprises but very good. Large selection of food served during the breakfast. Bar with a good beer working till midnight. We definitely recommend visiting the Experimenta museum.

This very large and very new hotel seems to have forgotten bicycle travelers and tourists . There is no secure bike storage with the only storage available in the very front of the hotel immediately at the reception entry and in the public front . The concept of vandalism or theft and trip disruption appears not to be a concern for this hotel . A secure room or bike cage might be a good investment ! As bikers who have traveled over 70,000km. in Europe we will never stay in the hotel again !!

Rooms very new , clean and bright . Excellent A/C on a very hot day in Heilbronn . About 2km from city center . Comfortable beds and really clean nice bathroom . Breakfast adequate but certainly not inspiring . Microwave and refrigerator in room .
