The fact that the hotel had floor tiles instead of carpet makes it very noisy when someone was rolling a suitcase in the hallway.

The pillows are not that comfortable and the wifi connection was not stable, it disconnected all the time.

The location is great, the room is spacious with comfortable beds and a minibar, the bathroom is new and very clean. The staff was great and very friendly. I'd definitely come back.

The only downside of our room's layout was that you need to walk through one room to get to the bathroom, which may not be ideal for everybody (wasn't a problem for us).

We stayed here in a room that had two bedrooms separated by a door. Both rooms were comfortable and clean, parking was available on-site for an extra fee, and it was very quick to walk into the center of Füssen. We even walked up to Neuschwanstein itself (about 90 minutes total) directly from the hotel, so it's great to be so close to the castles. The breakfast buffet was affordable and had many different foods to offer, and the guy at the front desk was extremely pleasant, helpful, and fun to talk to. I also enjoyed the picture of King Ludwig in our room :-)

The parking space is a little bit dark during the night, making it a bit difficult to find the proper location to park our car.

We arrived at the late night, the counter was closed. Instead, the staff sent detailed video instructions for parking and self-check-in. Everything is good and smooth, a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is great, the castle is really close within 20 mins drive and also easy to park. The friendly counter staff also provided us with the Füssen pass, for the free bus and souvenir discount. If we are going to visit Füssen again, this hotel is definitely our first choice.

Nothing really, but could do with a few extra towels!

Perfectly situated right across the road from the train station. It's within a few minutes walking distance to the main street. The hotel looks to have been recently refurbished. Everything looks very new and it's been beautiful done. The double room is a good size with a safe, tea and coffee facilities and plenty of storage. There is a nice bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large sink, tissues, and toiletries. Breakfast is available. Reception staff are extremely friendly. Overall it's very good value for money.

We encountered a male staff member who seemed friendly at first, but upon checking in, he called the couple behind us to receive their room cards ahead of us, even though we had been waiting in line for a while. Despite promising to provide us with a fan because of the broken window in our room can’t be opened for ventilation, he didn't follow through. The next morning, we had to return to the reception to request the travel cards we hadn't received. The staff there was rude, insisting that we had been given the cards according to their system and blaming us for not requesting them earlier. However, after realizing there was no receipt recorded for the cards, he reluctantly handed them over, making excuses about being too busy to remember. While it might seem like a minor issue, the attitude of the staff really put a damper on our day.

Location is very good, near bus station and walking distance to town centre. A super market just cross the road. Room is clean and in decent size.

The elevator didn't work on Sunday, nor was the front desk open on Sunday - something we didn't know. But this is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall greatly positive experience we had. Parking is expensive in Germany, and this hotel is no exception.

Very convenient location! The person meeting us at the reception was really nice and extremely helpful. The room we had was simply great! It was very clean, and the interiors are modern with a local cozy twist. The parking was right next to the hotel, and the room card worked to open the parking gate and the hotel doors as well.

Bathroom light automatically starts the extractor fan which can disturb sleepers in the adjoining room. This may explain the concentrated smell of pee in the bathroom.
