Nothing to dislike about the property

The location was absolutely ideal for the area with access to the castles and mountains. The accommodation had a rural setting and felt very safe as well as being very spacious.

Bathroom is connected to one of the bedrooms and you need to disturb people staying in that room each time you go to the bathroom. But even this thing didn’t affect our enjoyable stay.

Everything is perfect: location, interior, surrounding nature, friendly staff. It’s located in a quiet zone, but close to main attractions by car, has parking lot and all facilities you may need. It has large balcony with amazing views of Alps fields, with cute cows and with a view on Neuswanstein castle. This is the place which you want to prolong your stay!

Shower was extremely small and you could hit your head. It reminds me of the scene from Elf with Will Ferrell where he is a human using an elf-sized shower.

Nothing to mention, everything was perfect!

The Haus Luna is the perfect location when visiting the Castles of Schwangau. Its spotless clean, very comfortable, great apartment! Very close to a nice restaurant and the hosts are splendid people! The only regret was we stayed one night only but will definitely be back!

Everything was great!

Great proximity to Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. There is a market nearby as well as a couple of restaurants. Check in went very smoothly and we stayed in Luna 1 & 2 (large family). Great value for 2 rooms and a very pleasant experience. Wish we could have stayed longer! The apartments were very clean, updated, and the showers had great water pressure with lots of hot water. The view of the stars at night was unmatched.

My wife and I do not have any complaints, but my youngest son complained that his single bed was a bit hard/uncomfortable.

My family and I liked that it was well equipped and close to all the main tourist attractions (we could see Neuschawnstein from our balcony.)

Luna 8 was awesome, had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, close to the castles and a bus stop if you wanted to head into the fussen township, which was so close away. The staff were super friendly and helped us out with any queries/questions and went above and beyond to help us. We will definetly be back.

Great location, reception really helpful, shutters on windows to block out light in the early morning, good facilities, secure garage for hire bikes.

It was hot, so we openned the windows. Unfortunately, due to it being in an agricultural area, one could smell the cows.

It will be better if the curtains are not transparent because it makes us cannot sleep early or wake up late. It is the only annoying thing in the apartment.

The location is pretty good. It is easy to get to grocery store, old town and all the attractions.

No instruction for the dishwasher so we do not know how to use it. The service of hot water has the limited time.

Well equipped, updated with a spectacular view of the forest and castles. We had originally booked the host's apartment in the 2 story building, but upgraded an apartment in his 3 story building that faced the forest. Worth every penny....gorgeous views with a large deck.

The huge balcony, the view, perfect location. If the weather was a bit better we actually could walk to the Neuschwanstein Castle. The staff was very friendly, and even let us to check in a bit earlier .

Almost find nothing to complain.

I never thought there is such a place I'll give a full score. I like its spaciousness, it cleanliness, its considerCness. We're very well received and introduced to the enviro. The kitchen is a surprise, a pleasant one though. The entire room has many little touches which makes me feel its taste.

cleanliness, excellent variety of kitchen utensils, a well adapted apartment for home cooking. Anka was extremely pleasant and helpful. And the cattle were an additional surprise bonus to our trip
