The room next door is a little bit noisy.

Good beds, pillow is a little bit soft. Location near by underground station just 5 min walk. And within 10 min in citycentre of dusseldorf. Ask at the reception for transportation tickets. Also could park car in hotel garage €12 a day. Nice and helpful staff, definitely will save this hotel.

Beautiful quiet street location with lovely gardens to look out on from the balcony. Excellent breakfast and wonderful staff who went out of their way to help.

The hotel is nice and well located but if at leat in our experience the best thing of the hotel is the stuff. Very helpful and caring. They went ahead of our requests and solved them all. Hay add a human touch to the place which let's you be more relaxed.

The Tv could be better, but didn't bother me

Its basically a very clean, comfy, nice classic hotel. The staff is freindly and the bfast is great. Was suprisingly spacious for an individual room. I general, the design of this place is to make you feel at home and comfy. Well done

Very friendly reception, carpark is next door, we could pick up the key at reception and drive in immediately, from the carpark there is direct access to the hotel. At check in we were offered free public transport tickets for Dusseldorf city, the tram stop is 2 minutes walk. Breakfast was fabulous, and the homemade cookies available at reception are delicious

Best kept secret in Düsseldorf. Convenient public transport access to city center. Property is located in a quiet environment with very friendly and accommodating staff.

I’ve been on the road for over two months and this hotel has been the best I’ve stayed in. Absolutely everyone was very friendly, helpful, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. the bedroom has a vintage chic feel to it, very comfortable with a really nice bathtub. the pool area was the best part, big pool, water temperature was great, comfy pool side chairs. has a minibar but no kettle. the location was great too, there’s a grocery store and a nice park close by. convenient for public transportation.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room although they would have provided them if I’d asked.

Spacious clean rooms (our room for three was huge!), beautiful gardens and swimming pool, fantastic breakfast with such a huge choice and friendly staff especially Mark on reception who made us feel very welcome and was very helpful and smiley. Great location for getting the tram into Düsseldorf and only a five minute walk to family. We’d definitely stay again.

We were assigned a different room to the one that we booked but this was resolved quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The pool and garden are incredible. On a sunny day there is nowhere else you want to be.

The employees are very friendly and it is a very quite place and baby friendly. the breakfast was nice as well.

The WiFi on the first floor does not work at all, only on the ground floor and the 3rd floor. The bottle of water provided in each room costs 3 € and the courtesy set was not replaced every day, even though I had used it.

The personnel was very kind. Room silent and comfortable.

It looked like there was toothpaste in the glass on the room, this was the only glass in the room.

Very friendly people working in the hotel. There was a misunderstanding about my reservation of a parking spot, when I came back in later, they had solved it. Breakfast was really good, lady who helped at breakfast spoke different languages. Clean room, silent. Near tram/bus stop
