Noboby speaks english, beside the owner that didn’t show up once. Everything was dealed by phone and his employees german-speaking.

Small hotel located on the way to Hamburg/Hannover that can be used to visit Heide Park or the Natural Parks in that region. Spacious rooms. Confortable beds. Located in downtown of charming tiny german village. Excellent breakfest for a fair price.

The available room was a bit small but nothing that bothered us too much.

The hotel is located at the very center of the town. Parking is available next to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the beds were great! The bathroom had all necessary comfort. We had a great stay!

There was some minor issues in the bathroom, a cable loose, the sink plug got stuck, the towel hooks fell off the wall. I understand there was some renovations last November and they were still working out the kinks. No inconveniences to us.

The service received was excellent, the room was comfortable and well presented. We have a very nice room on the ground floor. The staff were very polite, helpful and bilingual. Great nights sleep with lots of local attractions to explore. The beds are memory foam and extremely comfortable. Thank you.

We booked 2 night in this hotel when we came from Sweden and spent a day in Heidepark. Hotel was perfect for this, recently renovated, very clean, close to some restaurants and very good breakfast! Would really recommend it!

The pillows are too soft and square shape. We just couldn’t adapt to this German style.🤭

The staff members were extremely friendly. The handsome boss even helped us to transfer our hiking bags to our next hotel! The hotel is a very new ( heard newly refurbished ), cozy family-run business. The breakfast was very good, tasty, and had different choices. Daily slight changes of dishes as well. U can order the robot to bring the plates, cups to your table. We didn't try because it can only speak German which none of us understand. But I noticed it had the same bad eyesight as me, once it went straight to an empty table and started to talk. The room is clean and well-designed. The shower is brilliant, a big bonus after a tiring hike day. Bed linen is crispy and clean.

Very good location in the city center, many restaurants nearby. The hotel is nice and modern. We liked the design of the rooms. Bathroom was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and ready to help. Free parking near the hotel had enough space. Breakfast was very good, we enjoyed it :)

The hotel had just been renovated, but everything still worked well. The room was large and nicely decorated. The shower room was very modern. The bed was excellent. The internet worked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located right in the center of town, but still had parking in front of the hotel and in the courtyard. Lovely place to stay and very easy to get to know the city. The restaurant was still closed for renovations, but there were other good places to eat nearby. The real gem was the unimaginably wonderful breakfast - both a taste experience and a visual experience. We had only booked the accommodation because we were driving through Germany and were looking for a hotel close to the motorway. The hotel turned out to be excellent and the Bispingen itself a lovely area. Next time we will book more time and explore the area better.

Recommended!! Newly renovated hotel. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Amazing breakfast, literally everything you´d need and more. Rooms are very luxurious and clean. Also very comfortable. The bathroom is very pretty and gives you such a chique vibe with these beautiful natural stone floor and walls. Parking space available.

There is nothing I did not like. Was sorry I could only stay one day.

This hotel is very nice and just renovated. Elegantly decorated. Above average and I can tell they put a lot of thought and care in the way things are made and look. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the room super clean. The owner was very, very friendly, helpful and even carried my bag up the stairs. The breakfast was wonderful with everything you could want for breakfast. The location is excellent, not far off the highway and there are grocery stores and places to eat near by and a bank as well. WiFi was very good. The room was quiet and comfortable. I would come back again!
