NOISY ROADWORK STARTS before 7:26am! 4 flights of stairs =62 stairs and no lift! There are floors higher than us too! NO HOT WATER 3 days and NO NEWS WHEN would be REPAIRED& no REFUND given yet!& NOT regularly staffed so if YOUR ENTRY code never sent by email then good luck! We wasted 2 hours of precious vacation afternoon trying to get in and paid $9 waiting to reach someone and only spoke German until I got booking.com involved to help. Also the booking site switched my date to a day forward. System glitching as it showed more rooms still open sane day when I tried to book a second room it ALSO switched my date a day forward! Street is totally DUG UP and not reachable by car, parking $24 is by reservation on an app& also SUPER HARD to get to, I never did even though I tried with google maps and more 3x so we found parking a mile away and walked ALOT

1.No hot water to take a shower 2.Sink has blockage 3.The pillow is very uncomfortable 4.Not A/C or any fan which is very needed in this season and if you open the window then looks like you sleep middle of the highway ( autobahn ) and workers and drunk people shouting till 3 am etc ... 5.No lift ( elevator ) 4th floor taking the stairs is not very good for your knees ! 6. Etcetera!

everything smelled old, they tried to make the smell better with toilet air freshener but it didn’t work (made the smell even worse). the bathroom door just fell out as soon as we opened it and the bathroom was really gross, bad cleaning full with mold in the shower. €160 for 1 night is totally not worth this experience, would rather spend the night at the train station for free.

It's basic, but you get what you pay for. Good price for simple, clean by the city centre.

My brother and I wanted a basic room near the centre for a weekend trip, just a place to sleep and drop off our suitcases. It's practical, clean, comfortable and suited our needs. For the price, it was exactly what we were looking for.

A MOUSE came out of the toilet. what more can i say? I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I have no comments other than location. The room is already not very clean and everything is very old. there is no elevator. There is no lobby.

The bed wasn't clean and when i came back in the room and opened the light, saw a big spider climbing the wall next to the bed (i had closed windows a few hours ago). Managed to kill it but couldn't sleep after that. I will not stay in this place again, that's for sure.

the room is a bit small, and the sound-proofing of the partitional walls between rooms and hallway wasn't really good.

They provide single rooms for travellers, which are clean and comfortable. The receptor who helped me save problems related to my stuff was kind and patient.

Room was a matchbox. Toilet paper was finished with no new role. Shower nozzle intentionally sprayed out to wet the bathroom. Room was sterile with nothing but a bed and empty closet.

The location was brilliant. A 15 minute walk to the station and cathedral along a pedestrianised street. Plenty of breakfast options locally, and great Asian and Italian restaurants close by. The room was large and clean, with a powerful shower. Very comfortable beds and duvets. Effective double glazing stopped most outside noise.

Easy check in. As soon as the room was ready they emailed me a code that I could use to retrieve my key at the side of the building. For a short stay it was great.

There is no reception, I was shocked. The lady was not welcoming, I spoke through a small window but not helpful. My mum travelled with me and I was shocked to see no lift and nothing mentioned. She had pain and had to struggle climbing 42 steps on 2nd floor. She counted. I wish more information is given on booking.com

The Internet was terrible. I couldn't use it at all and had to use my mobile data the whole time. The room was not sound-isolated. I could hear the neighbors from the next room, which were unfortunately very loud at late evening, even after I knocked at the wall to complain. It was super difficult to get the right water temperature in the shower. In the last morning, only boiling water came out.

The location of the hotel was perfect. One could quickly walk to the city center, supermarkets, or to the Chocolate Museum by the river bank. The room was basic, not like a 4 stars hotel, but it works.

The single room is very small. The linen and towels are old and not ironed. Pillow filling was in parts very uncomfortable. Value for the money is bad. For one night you might be passable but more than that would not recommend.
