No lift. The room was quite simple and narrow. Also, I found it expensive for what it offers.

The location is fine, near the city center and public means of transport. We walked from the train station, it's a 15 minute walk. Our room was clean, as were the other places that we accessed. Heating was adequate, we had a nice sleep. The area is very quiet.

This venue does not have a lift and the rooms are on three upper stories. I was on the top floor which required climbing 75 steps. I am fit and had just a weekend bag, but people with mobility/strength issues might find it difficult.

Central location. This is a budget hotel, clean,safe,central,comfortable. It has a self check-in and check-out system, so I did not encounter any staff. Shower was strong and hot. Black out curtains ensured good sleep.

The very tiny shower recess and low shower head was very frustrating.

This booking was a last minute one, and it was great for the random choice! The close location to the main city center and clean room was worthwhile.

The room was quite cold and heating didn't really worked. Other than that the room is super basic which is fine, but some interior design/decoration could lift up the place. Otherwise can't complain, fair room for a locally fair price.

It's a basic and simple but fine accomodation in Köln. The location is okay, shop in 5 mins, the Dom is a ~15 mins walk. The room is very basic but has bed, chair and table. The bathroom is clean and ok, all worked well. WiFi is good. Self check-in. Daily cleaning.

The room was rather small for 2 people.

The hotel has a car parking just next to it. However, there are only 3 spots, so you need to reserve one. After your stay, you can extend your parking online at a reasonable price.

Too many stairs since we were in the fourth floor. There's no air conditioning so I suppose it must be quite warm in hot days. The bathroom was cramped, there was barely any room to move. No place to leave luggage. Even if it was no problem for us at all, some people wouldn't like to have absolutely no contact with the owner.

Since it was a room for three people it was not that cramped. It was at a sensible walking distance from anything you want to see downtown.

WIFI was super slow The Front Desk was closed so you could not leave your luggage since check-out is at 10 a.m. 140€ for two nights for a single room and no breakfast and no active reception, I would say pretty expensive

I had requested a late check-out (original chek-out time in booking and property door says 10AM). I received a reply saying I may be in the room until 9AM. There was no sorry or explanation for the changed check-out time. I was wondering if this was a typo so I wrote back that I will check-out as per the original check- out time of 10AM. There was no reply. I had to change my morning plans due to this change. The nice stay ended with a bitterness which I believe could be avoided by clear communication. The main issue is the property does not have a reception now so you don't have anyone around for such questions. There is some space near the door and I think, they can manage to have a smaller reception.

I liked the location. It is at a walking distance from the city center, station and the river front. The room was clean, well lit and had a balcony as well.
