The drain was clogged, but fixed by the staff very promptly when we made them aware of the issue!

The arrangement of the bathrooms. There are 3 rooms: Rm1 - Men’s toilet, Rm2 - Ladies shower, Rm-3 No sign. My suggestion is you should change Rm 2 to Men’s shower. So the 3rd rm will be used by ladies ONLY. So what happened to us was waited longer because some visitors who are men used also the 3rd bathroom for their shower. I do hope you got my point. And maybe in the future each room will have a private bathroom.☺️ Another suggestion better indicate outside the name of your apartment and improve its exterior door.🌺

The water in the bathroom was either too hot or too cold, you have to shower really fast.

We really liked that it was so near to everything (city, supermarket, restaurants, sightseeing). There was cleaning service everyday so it was always clean. We also had enough space for all of us. :)

There could have been a microwave oven so as to allow us to heat our food more efficiently. There could also have been a television set and air conditioning. It just so happened that Cologne was hot at this time of the year. I also did not like it that the tenant, with whom we shared the facilities with, smoked in the toilet.

The location was perfect. The property was right next to a tram station. There were establishments right next to the property from where you can get a good breakfast. The property was not far from the shopping district, old town cologne and the Cologne Cathedral, which is the highlight of the city. The host was quite accommodating. She allowed us to check in earlier than 2PM with clear instructions on how to get the key.

The location is okay, but we were asking for early check in at 14-00 and were rejected. That is why we were waiting one hour near the door and NO ONE came out! At 14-55 we were received the code and together with that messages at all accounts that we should leave the app at 10 o’clock- not one min late! So for that money you definitely find something better!

Two males had to share a double after booking 2 singles. The room they wanted us to stay in was dirty and beds not made

The building is old and not well maintained, there was no hot water in the bathroom and kitchen, heating inside the rooms wasn’t working at all. More than 1 night is not possible at his place.

Location is really good as it’s very close to the city center and room is pretty standard with beds and 1 cupboard in it.

This property was not as advertised. We had a difficult time locating the main entrance, address was not well marked on the building. Located over a night club that did not close until 4:00am. The property policy states that parties are not allowed. We did not know it was a hostel until entering the property and I noticed mens shoes on the floor in the entry. The bathrooms were dirty and leaking water on the floor, the shower had chipped tile. The entry door had a huge broken glass pane.

Almost nothing, just 1 issue about the hot water. The hot water kept cutting to cold water, so we had to keep mixing the hot and cold valves and waited for the water to get warm. This was very challenging mission 😆

The host was very generous. She helped me with the late check in and also arranged taxi to airport for me in very early morning (3am) on my check out. The location is very close to the city center, right in front of Heumakt station. Kiosk is near by at the street corner and it closes at 1 am, very convenient. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything we could need, heater, iron, dish washing machine, kitchen and utensils. There are 3 lockable bedrooms for guest. The bathroom and the kitchen are shared with other guests. So it is perfect if you travel as a big group of 8-10 persons. There are 3 bathrooms in total, 1 toilet room, 1 shower room and 1 room with both toilet and shower.
