The listing had the wrong address on the website so I initially went to the same address in Hanau. When I rang the Booking.com Business Helpdesk number in Belgium to ask for help, the contact desk was clueless. When I was finally given the hotel's telephone number, I found out that the hotel was in Rodgau and not in Hanau. The extra distance in the taxi meant I had to pay more than I had expected to go from Hanau to Rodgau. I was not amused after a long train journey and then an S.Bahn ride from the airport west of Frankfurt to Hanau, well to the east of Frankfurt.

The reception desk staff were efficient, welcoming and very helpful. The restaurant/bar staff were exceptional. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities all worked well. There was plenty of hot water.

Very clean, quiet, warm. Plenty of parking space around the hotel. Good wi-fi. Nice public transport connection to FFM. Great value for money.

The room had no curtain or window blinds so the sunlight was shining directly at my face at sunrise. The bedside table was not cleaned, it had old drink stains.

It was in a quiet neighbourhood, easy to locate and clean. And the girl at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

The pillows in the room was with feather, my husband is allergic to feather so it was a problem. The staff was not able to find two synthetic pillows in the entire hotel. One of the windows didn’t have curtains, so it was not possible to make the room dark enough, so this was a little bit disturbing.

The room needs some update, broken furniture, lamp didnt work. The only recent investment was the dining room and lobby. The bedroom and hallway were shabby and smelled of vomit, stained carpet, outdated bathroom, poor shower.

The staff was quite incompetent, gave incomplete and partially wrong information. Even though it was a wellness hotel, one had to pay extra for using the sauna... Restaurant and bar were completely closed... one of the little night lamps didn't have a light bulb

The hotel was easily accessible from the highway. We checked in very late and the staff was really helpful. The rooms were comfy but bit old. Good stay for a reasonable price.
