These are not criticisms but things to bear in mind if booking. There is no restaurant so no lunch or dinner on site. It's only 5 minutes flat walking to the centre so you'll find something easily enough. I'd hesitate sharing a room with anyone you don't know too well. The sink is in the bedroom and the shower is fully visible from the bedroom. One price you pay for sustainability is rather dim lighting. Ok with me but some might find it not bright enough. Like I said, observations rather than gripes - personally I thought the place was lovely.

The lovely thing about this hotel is its focus on sustainability. It is a little oasis of green in the city, full of foliage and bird feeders to create a nature corridor. The clean, pleasant, comfortable rooms are in blocks with sedum roofs. All the features are well thought out from an environmental point of view. Comfortable and convenient and with the loveliest staff - extraordinarily warm and friendly. Great breakfast too.

Wifi should have been better. It is blocking some sites. Other facilities like kettle could be provided in rooms.

Breakfast was really good. The staffs are so friendy and ready to help. The location is 10 mins away from the city centre. The ambience of the hotel is excellent.

I have nothing negative to say and would be suprised if anyone could find a fault with this venue. If you would like me to be trivial, I could only find 2 english speaking TV channels, but then again, I'm in Germany, what should I expect!

The rooms, the whole complex was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The staff were great, a special thanks to Nancy. Breakfast was excellent with an amazing range to choose from. It is located within a 10 minute amble to the city center.

I planned a road trip from Munich to Norway. Hamburg is one of the stays for me but the price was so expensive. this hotel is amazing. the price is good and stuff are very friendly. Breakfast is super good. the room is super clean. Really liked it.

I had booked a business room (stayed in 11) which should be sound insulated, but I doubt that it was. But still a nice hotel and nice stay.

Very nice and warm welcome from the lady at the reception. Very nice large room with a wonderful 'open' rain shower. Not your standard hotel room layout. Good thought out layout. Quality equipment and furniture. All looked brand new. Quiet. Clean. Good bed. Good wifi. Big windows with access to the garden. Metal roller shutters which you can close at night for absolute darkness and extra sound proofing. Wonderful breakfast. 15min from the place is a huge outlet. It was a fantastic stay and very reasonably prized!
