Breakfast not as good as other 4 star hotels that we stayed during our trip. Breakfast room was crowded because it is a large hotel and needs a more spacious breakfast room. We saw a mouse in the restaurant at dinner and we informed the waiter, who kind of made fun of the situation and said it's normal because there is metro underground. Dinner was expensive and not good at all.

The breakfast was out of this world! Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had and this is what really makes me rate this hotel so high. A variety of plentiful options for everyone.

Unfortunately paid a lot in taxi because the meto line outside the hotel was broken. Of course a temporary problem and if we stayed longer maybe I would have sought out other metro lines 13 min walk away but found Munichs system confusing in comparison to other cities so opted for taxi.

Very bad choice of options for room service which would have been welcomed after a busy day of sightseeing. I also really dislike the fact that the hotel charges a 150 euro deposit upon checking in and when I was checking out they said that the refund can take up to 30 days! Not good enough!

Superb location for a city hotel as it sits directly above an underground station which facilitates ease of travel across the city. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the staff are helpful and the room was comfortable and spacious for a city hotel.

Check-in time can be earlier than 16:00 although we were checked at 13:00.

The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast had a lot of variety and whenever you needed help from the staff it is there. There is a direct internal elevator connection with the underground S-bahn.

Inappropriate knocking on the door at 11 PM by security (no identifiable id) and waking us up to find out if we are occupying both rooms and also scaring us instead of a letter or a phone call about occupancy of both rooms they are allocated. It turns out they gave the second room by mistake. It is definitely extraordinary situation that room door sleep, but I would’ve expected a better way to find out

It is a convenient location. Great friendly staff. we enjoyed clean well maintained rooms. There were three of us, and they gave us a attached room for my son (at least I thought so) but later we realized it was an error.

A bit far from the center. No facilities. Breakfast is very expensive. If you upgrade the room for a lot of money you get the same rooms only with an espresso machine and a robe. 5 stars hotel in this level should put a robe and a Nespresso machine in all rooms!

The shower overflowed due to a small clog in the drain, but the hotel staff fixed it immediately and everything was fine after that.

We loved our stay here. Hotel is clean and modern, very quiet and the hotel staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or issues. Very close to the metro and within walking distance of the Altstadt and Marienplatz areas. Lots of local restaurants in the area in case you want something to eat but don't want to dine in the hotel restaurant or use room service or have to go very far. Would definitely stay there again

There wad one day where the trash cans in the room were not emptied. Otherwise, all is OK.

Location is very convenient, about 100 meters from Rosenheimer Platz Station. Line S8 goes to the airport directly. Around the hotel there are supermarketa, shops, many restaurants and cafes.
