Everything was very nice VERY accommodating on storing our luggage The room was very nice, beds were comfortable, quiet and we slept very well The location was perfect and we loved walking around the town We would recommend staying there and if we ever come back, we will stay there again.

Hotel seems straight out of a Wes Anderson film. Fantastic central location in the middle of town. Kinky, but not in an in-your-face way. The rooftop was amazing!

Fabulously beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Füssen. The interiors were typically Bavarian and the staff were also dressed in traditional costumes. The breakfasts were amazing with an enormous range of choice.

The rooms have these new "cooling ceilings" instead of traditional AC or climate control... However, our entire stay there, the room was uncomfortably hot for us to sleep in.

Great location in Fussen. Easy to get to all the cafes and shops. Staff was super accommodating, gave us discount cards for around town, and really took care of us in the ways we needed. Bed was super comfy.

Since it’s an old building, the room is not equipped with the usual amenities such as refrigerator and such.

The actual bed was a bit uncomfortable and the towels were poor quality. I’m sure the newer part of their facility might be better stay. No A/C in the summer would be tough.

Friendly staff who were able to store our luggage on early arrival. The property had a great unique aged vibe. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would possibly recommend a short stay here because of the ideal location to the main parts of town & train station.

The hotel is placed in 1 minute walking from the historical center of Fussen and 5 km from Neuschwanstein Castle. Very comfortable rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Great staff. Very good breakfasts.

Couldn’t control the room temperature. If you turned on the bathroom light it shines through the windows on the bed. The shower left much to desire with only half a glass wall to contain splashes. Very difficult to keep the floor dry.

What a gem of a hotel! It wasn't busty so I imagine the high season would be different but we had an excellent visit. The breakfast was a very well done traditional German breakfast -- eggs to order, fresh produce, lovely pastries, yogurt, cereals, and beverages of choice. The rooms were just as pitcured and described. Very central and easy to access all the local actives. The staff was outstanding at answering questions. We were happy to wait our turn to check in because we were able to then make sure we had all our questions answered and additional important info provided -- even a free bus pass to use as you explore.

Great location near the castles. Loved the breakfast and spectacular meal in the bier garten. We went to the outdoor rooftop lounge. It was very nice.

Nothing! Everything was great.

The location was so central that walking to the alstadt, hiking trails, and parks was very easy! Parking was on site and there was always a spot available. The staff was kind and welcoming both at check in and check out. We made dinner reservations and the meals were SUPERB. I make decisions on where to stay largely based on the breakfast (we have teenage boys) and the breakfast at Hotel Hirsch was amazing. The dining room waitress was kind and checked in on our coffee and beverages throughout our meals. There were choices for everyone and the fresh breads were a highlight. Our room was huge! It was the largest room we stayed in throughout our 2 week German tour. The deep bathtub was incredible and the "nook" beds for our kids were great. Very comfortable beds and although it was in town, the room was quiet. The toiletries provided were lovely. Can't say enough good things!

WiFi worked everywhere in the hotel except our room.

The staff was so kind and helpful. We had a. Issue with our rental car and the front desk helped us translate and were so patient. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. Location was excellent- an easy walk to the old part of town.

Absolutely nothing!

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious As a British solo traveller who doesn’t speak the language, I couldn’t have been made to feel more relaxed. I cannot praise this hotel and its staff enough!
