Small bathrooms and lack of outlets in rooms for charging devices bedside or pressing hot tea.

Great location. Wonderful staff and comfortable beds. Quiet bedrooms even in a very busy downtown. Close parking and a great location on the Rhine.

Slanted bed and floors due to age of building. Furniture worn out. Cleaning supplies/pillows left in elevator. Staff was alerted and no one came to retrieve items. We moved items out the following day to make room for our luggage.

Great location just a few meters from the old town centre and several minutes to the river.

No shower or bath products but one bottle of 3 in one beside the sink that was hard to reach for washing our head or body The check in was delayed.

The wine tasting lady was nice! The staff were kind It is a perfect area for waking/biking by the Rhine river and tasting/enjoying the wine and food at the near by restaurants.

Housekeeping in the room could have been better.

Breakfast excellent. Generous quantities and huge variety. Terrific location , easy access to the Old Town . Parking in nearby carpark easier than trying to drive to hotel. Only 2 minutes walk.

It was hot with just a little fan - couldn’t leave windows open because if the noise and smoke from those sitting outside drinking and smoking). it was noisy (didn’t help that there were thousands of bikers in the town at the same time). The staff, while nice, were clearly run off their feet and didn’t really come across as keen to help. we wanted to catch the ferry on the Rhine River, they knew nothing about it. 😳

There were a few issues with the room. The second room door would not close and the balcony was very dirty and dingy with a broken chair.

This property was in a great central location.

We were greeted at reception with a glass of local Reisling, it was delicious! Hotel was clean and well presented, great location and had parking next to the hotel, however there was an additional charge of €15 per night Room was nice but very hot due to the amazing weather we were having, but with no air con or fan, it made for a very uncomfortable night A great hotel!

- It was very hot even mid of June and as there is no cooling system in the hotel , rooms were very hot.

- central location even it’s not on the riverside. We could reach the hotel easyly by walking from the Rüdesheim central station. Rüdesheim is very small town and people can go everywhere by foot. - Hotel room is big enough for 2 persons . Our room is basic but clean and almost all necessary items is available. - Hotel staff is very kind and helpfull. - Hotel offered us free wine tasting. It was excellent and we enjoyed a lot . - Hotel restaurant is one of the best in Rüdesheim.

The pillows were the worst that I have experienced so far which gave me a terrible neck pain in the morning.

* We had a very large bed room and a kitchen with appliances * We paid a visit in a cold december day, heating system was awesome

it was not quiet at night as our room was on the street and there were many merry- making folks out yelling and singing until about 1 am. we could hear people going up and down the stairs.

modern clean room, great breakfast and location is walkable to additional wine tastings, vineyards, air tram, museums, restaurants and shops long the Rein.
