Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room was clean and pleasant, quiet and with a window that opened outward so that the room could be aired. The shower was nice and clean. The mattress and blankets were especially comfortable and new. Very important - there is an early breakfast starting at 4 am for early flights, and you can take coffee and pastries for the flight. Friendly Staff!

TurkeyOne minor inconvenience was absence of the slippers in the rooms. Guests should be advised to bring their own, as they are not provided.
The decorations are new, lending a fresh and modern ambiance to the establishment. The rooms are consistenly clean, which greatly contributes to a comfortable stay. Transportation to the airport is conveniently accessible. Additionaly, the hotel offers dining options throuhout the day, the availability of bar snacks on the property adds to the satisfaction of the stay.

United KingdomBreakfast buffet was good. Location seemed to be in a pleasant area. I had thought it was closer to the airport, i.e. within walking distance, but taxi to the hotel was a reasonable 10euros - a little more using the taxi to return to the airport which was booked by the hotel.

IsraelThere was nothing bad. The place is not set for people who still need to go out at night. The only improvement could be shuttles to the airport in the morning.
This is an airport hotel, and although people come for one day they really pay attention to the quality of the bed, the blankets, and the comfort of the bathroom. Small things like enough space for hanging your clothes and a convenient place to put your suitcase etc. The room was quiet and we slept really well. The breakfast was nice and arranged for a large number of people coming in at the same time.

United StatesI think the only complaint we had was how warm the room was. The thermostat didn't seem to control the temperature inside the room and it was a little too warm for us.
Proximity to the airport was great. We ate at the restaurant, for a late dinner and the breakfast, and it was fabulous. Bed was comfortable, the facility looked brand new, it was very clean and we had a great stay.
