The breakfast was amazing! Everything was very fresh and they had a wide variety of things to choose from. The air-conditioning was wonderful and we appreciated the more "American" bed with sheets and a thin but warm comforter. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Bed mattress might be harder, but this is my personal preference. And fridge was missing. Apart of this, everything was good!

No stairs available, thus reliant on lifts. No mini-fridge, but Tegut right next to the hotel, so only an issue on Sundays.

Small but functional and cozy, big windowed, daily cleaned room. Excellent bed. Nicely sized shower. Ironing kit included. Bar opened till late next at the reception. Standard buffet breakfast included, with some vegan options. Parking included. Professional, helpful and friendly staff.

Not really anything we found wrong during our stay, the only thing we found was that the car park a little difficult to find as the entrance is a block further down the street, however it is very safe and linked directly to the hotel. The charge for parking is slightly over what you would expect to pay, especially considering it’s also used for the supermarket in the same complex.

The hotel was new, modern with a comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast was good with plenty of options on offer. The hotel had a safe and secure underground car park that linked directly into the hotel. All round it was a good stay with everything you would expect from a holiday inn.

The double bed’s mattress was MUCH too soft. Sore backs! The quilts were extremely warm, not a great thing in May. Opening the window was not sufficient to cool the room. We had to use the air conditioning and that is terrible for the environment. There should be ytha simple bedspread in each room. After a week we were able to switch rooms and the single bed mattresses were better. Both rooms had maintenance issues: both telephones didn’t work at all, both safes stopped working after a few days (battery issues), and one tv remote stopped working very late at night, and so we had to go down to the reception desk to ask for a replacement. Very annoyingly repetitive technical issues that could be addressed by pro- actively.

Finally we changed to a room with single beds. The mattresses were better. Both rooms had maintenance issues: two non- functioning telephones, two safes that stopped working after a day or two (battery issues) and a tv remote control that died. Very annoying! Feel

Check in at 15 00. Hotel is in OK position if you need offenbach, otherwise - a bit far, although underground is nearby. Wifi is so-so, like almost everywhere.

Breakfast is really good and a lot of choice is given. Clean room. Teapot in room. Many pillows. Room size.

Included breakfast till 11and Late checkout for 12 was a very nice surprise. Quality of the rooms, housekeeping on the weekends and board games behind the bar exceeded my expectations.

The staff was excellent in helping us with the public transportation, changing our separate beds into one and printing us our tickets to a gig. Everything about the hotel and staff was near perfect comparing to the price we paid. Finland loves ya!

Extra bed was not comfy and breakfast was quite hectic due to many people. Overall it was ok for one night stay.

Location is central and easy to reach. Breakfast is abundant and good.
