One unexpected issue was an absence of the mini fridge. This is very usual thing in hotels. The wasn't cheap. But in this hotel mini fridge is not included to standard rooms.

Everything was good! Just the sauna in the hotel is shown a bit unclear on the website. There is a photo of a sauna displayed on the website, but then under the facilities/amenities tab there is nothing about a sauna. When I called them up to ask about the sauna they also told me that they don't have one, so very unclear.

No mineral water (strange for a hotel room with a rate like that) No teaspoon, only sticks for stirring coffee, which is not proper in my opinion for a room with that rate

It is a bit off the main bus routes though the bus stops are easy to walk to. A construction site right next to the hotel woke us up early.

Shower could be cleaner (some mold in corners) - but otherwise cleanliness was great Parking is very expensive (more than listed on booking.com) and inconvenient (you have to get the parking ticket put on your room's bill every time you want to exit the parking garage) TV Doesn't support YouTube nor other applications, your only option is Miracast, which can be really finicky at times A/C didn't work

Hard to find fault with anything in the hotel, but the locality is undergoing some urban renewal at present that makes navigating to the nearby S-Bahn Station difficult for the mobility impaired.

Breakfast was excellent, and very popular. Staff were kept busy refilling the various serving dishes and pastry baskets.

Parking costs 29€ per night which is a lot.

Breakfast was good (Standard breakfast) and the room was of right size. Was given amenities like a floor slipper and matress which was not normal for the price we paid.

The room cleaners woke us up at 8:30 on the departure day and tried again to come for room cleaning around 10 AM even though we clearly had not checked out yet. This was our only minor complaint about the stay.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and spacious, the reception personnel was helpful and well-informed and the food was very good. In particular, the breakfast included warm and cold dishes, including but not limited to scrambled egg and bacon, smoked salmon, and local specialties such as Franzbrötchen. We arrived in the afternoon hungry and tried the hotel restaurant and were surprised that the food was quite tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel has two saunas (one 90 degree Finnish sauna - having lived in Finland, I can attest to it being of proper heat - and one 60 degree sauna) and one could ask to have them heated up even during the day. There are two nice adjustable laying chairs in the area next to the saunas, which are nice to lay on in between sauna sessions. Overall, a very nice experience and a pleasant stay.

There are limited options to eat other than the restaurant in the hotel or surrounding hotels.

Great location and close to public transport. A comfortable bed and functional room with an extra chair to relax and read. The gym was clean and tidy and sauna area was excellent. Fabulous buffet breakfast.

The service in the bar/restaurant was very slow. This was not down to the staff on duty who did their absolute best, but would say due to having not enough staff to cope with the demand.
