Nothing!! Maybe just my fault but more of an explanation on how to get there from the train station and only stairs, no lift! But I’m sure if you rang someone could help. The location was great, especially as a stop over when traveling long distance by train.

Great stay, one of the best we had. The hotel looked brand new, the room was spacious and comfortable and everything worked perfectly including a very welcome efficient climate control , the staff very nice, the breakfast as typically good as most Holliday Inns in Germany and it was just by the HBF tracks and shops.

The toilet bowl is low quality. Parking is quite expensive compared to the room rate. However, there is an open public parking lot nearby. It is free of charge after 2pm on Saturdays.

Room rates are reasonable. Breakfast is perfect with plenty of variety. The bed is comfortable.

Not enough staff on between 5 to 7pm when we were there for dinner, 1 staff member doing an excellent job but he was on his own trying to do bar duty, take dinner orders and then also deliver the meals! Also no credit card facilities working at bar area? Need to update and improve there basic systems and increase staff when required!

Maybe location - it was a bit more downtown than expected. The extra charge for the kids bed - while booking is saying children up to 16 stay in the room for free.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and the location right at Mannheim main station is a plus. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very well insulated from noise.

The lady on the front desk was too rude, impolite and really shocked to see someone like that in such a nice hotel. Dont know the name of the person, rather dont care much about it.

Perfect location in the city center and right next to main train station. Big spacious room with super comfortable beds. All staff are very well trained and super friendly.

Third bed in the room would have been nice as we booked the room for 3 persons. We were asked if we wanted to pay for an extra bed which has always been standard in the past. This was disappointing.

Location was easy...with car park next door. Room was large with fridge and coffee machine. Easy check in and breakfast. Plus lovely evening meal.

The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the best possible stay! When we checked in, the receptionist also told us about a couple of spots we would probably need to know about for longer stay trips like the nearest laundromat (because hotel cleaning services are quite costly) completely unprompted, so that was a lovely experience. We've also had lovely service and conversations with almost all the staff we met and interacted with, and it was such a pleasant stay. The location is also exceptionally convenient, being near the central Mannheim station as well as to multiple tram stops. Indirect interactions with the housecleaning were also fun when we would return to the room, and our toys would be tucked under the covers or in fun little poses.
