I have never given a hotel this high a rating. Which says it all really. Beautiful decor, a wonderfully generous breakfast, free non-alcoholic drinks and cake all day - what more could one wish for?

there was not anything to dislike

Hey, everything was luxory - on spot and all around was so nice and tidy - nothing to complain and as we had room 26 - it was gorgous. We loved the bar of trust(bar des Vertrauens) liquor and wine - and you have to notify what you had to pay this at the end - very reasonable pricing

The hotel is in an old town house, beautifully restored with great attention to detail. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Tea, coffee and cake were offered on arrival. The hotel has parking and is well located for visiting Weimar.

The building, the careful curation of the 1920s vibe, and the facilities. Modern and culturally traditional. Lavish, without being garish. Free flow non-alcoholic drinks, tasty cakes all day, a wide variety of teas/coffees/juices/fruit and a fab breakfast. Gracious and lovely hospitality.

Great service, free cake and (non-alcoholic) drinks around the clock, great sauna & spa area (extra charge). Friendly staff, great interior of both the bedrooms and the common rooms (antique style, but all modern and fully functional). Walking distance to town center. Side Note: Great artisanal bread in the bakery Brotklappe!

A fantastic hotel to stay at. Everything is five star quality yet the price is very fair and only match a three star hotel. A home away from home in a wonderful city, Weimar. Highly recommended, worth a journey on its own merits. Thank you for four memorable days. Will be back.

There was nothing we didn’t like or wanted for. All our needs were met.

We loved the breakfast options, from healthy to hearty and even a little decadent. Coffee, pastries and fruit were available all day and they were homemade, what a delight. The seating in the dining rooms was very comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated. There was a large library and a bar. We had family in from outside of Weimar, that came and brought us a cake it was so easy to get plates forks and coffee for us to sit outside in the garden with our family. It felt just like home! Our room was lovely with two comfortable armchairs with a footstool and a splendid view of parts of Weimar. the bed was luxurious with plenty of pillows to choose just the right one. The bathroom had a large rain head shower and everything you needed was provided, with a touch of elegance. The hotel had an elevator which is important for some of us.We are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. There were a lot of extras too many to mention. When it was time for us to leave we did not want to go, we are definitely planning a trip back to the hotel Hollerbusch. We want to thank the Hollerbusch Team for an exceptional experience and we are looking forward to seeing you again kind regards Vic and Isa

Furnishing and decoration was extremely pleasant, and the bathroom was really exceptional, bath tub, spacious shower, etc. High quality breakfast, free non alcoholic drinks on the premises, and free alcoholic drinks in the room. Possibility to sit and to have drinks in the nice garden. Parking lot on the premises.

The authenticity of 19 century charm and the stateliness of the modern conveniences (plumbing, faucets, strong water pressure) and most of all a very comfortable bed with eiderdown insured a great sleep. The hotel has been restored in a very gracious and elegant manner.
