I had some issues getting into the apartment and as there is no staff physically located in the building, this can be a little frustrating, specially if traveling from far. In the email, I have received a room number and code to access it. However, code did not work properly and I had to call staff to get help. In the end, it seems a glitch happened in the system and I have received the wrong apartment number by email, being the reason why I was not able to open the door. Also, in the correct room, I have asked for a triple room and they gave me a double one. Again, because there was no staff located there, I faced some challenges to get extra Towels and bed sheets.

The room was impeccable with all furniture brand new. The bed was very comfortable and large, as well as the shower. Very clean apartment with great space to move and keep luggage.

Check-in and check-out times could be earlier or later, respectively. I know they put a lot of effort into cleaning, but one hour before or later would make a huge difference for the price. Also, the building has enough space and rooms to offer luggage storage for guests arriving before or leaving after check-in and check-out. However, when I requested that, the answer was dry: "Leave the luggage at the train stations." Yeah, that works, but it would have been much better and easier, and it is totally feasible for Homaris to offer a safe room to store arriving guests' luggage without problems.

The location is excellent. The apartment is extremely clean. Using codes to enter is very practical.

Once sofa cum bed is opened for the 2 kids. No space for even 1 bag to be opened. Too cramped for 4 people .

Complete lack of soundproofing between rooms, could hear everything happening in the corridor and the neighbouring rooms as if it was happening in our own. Impossible to sleep in such conditions, providing earplugs is not an acceptable solution.

- Room is EXTREMELY small. Bathroom is almost the size of the room - weird layout. - The kitchenette is literally less than a meter from the bed. You cannot cook without getting your clothes stinky. - Sink is SO small is beyond ridiculous. If the accomodation want to provide such a small sink, please add a dishwasher in the room. It was easier to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. - Room is not soundproof. - Room is very hot. Wouldn’t recommend the accomodation to a friend.
