No staff, only way to communicate is through internet. So without connection you’re pretty lost. No basins in the shower.

Personally I prefer to have staff on site. I hadn't realised it was going to be automated but it was actually completely fine. Because staff are not present there are plenty of notices telling you what not to do.

So clean, everything you needed was in the room. Comfortable beds and linen.

All necessary information is provided, not so sure about contacting staff as everything was fine. As there is no reception a folder with more information might be a good idea.

This hostel has a lot to offer. The value for money is excellent. Checking in was easy and you have access to a kitchen, utensils, laundry and there is a fridge in the room. Shower and toilets were clean and the I liked the size of the room and how it was arranged. A comfy bed and the good location also make this accommodation well worth a visit.

The shower room need improvement, the water pressure of the shower is way too strong and almost hurts, there is no way to regulate it or change the temperature, there's little space to change and to put your things without wetting them, there is no sink, the lights keep going off and on

It was close to the city center and clean. There is no staff, but easy to go inside. They thought every details. The room was matching with the pictures that they shared in booking.

Good location with metro to be anywhere in 20 mins. Nice staff, new facilities, even with shared bathroom and kitchen they are very clean. It's actually not around tourist places but in a living area. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood.

No reception staff or common area if you needed assistance with anything or wanted to chat to other guests. It felt like I was the only one there sometimes!

Not much besides slow WiFi and a bit the noise when doors close like other said but not too much I'd say.

Room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen available for cooking with all kitchenware available is a big +. Showers and toilets also very clean, towel provided. Supermarket just 50m away and the neighborhood is quiet. The system is all automatic you receive a pin and it's your entry code for the hotel and the room.

One can still hear noise from the street, but since the neighborhood is residential, it is not often. The doors!!! Every door, including the rooms, the kitchen, toilets etc... all close with a big THUD making a huge noise. This is extremely annoying and hope they fix it.

What you see is what you get. The rooms are comfy, check in is contact less and easy. Location is convenient.

No staffs at the hotel. So in case of any need, no person to contact or ask for something. No complementary breakfast. In stockholm, I got great quality complementary breakfast along with the room at similar prices.

Acoustics should be improved. Automatic doors are clearly audible even through the room door on the other end of the hall. Footsteps in the hall are a bit loud because of the hard floor and the reverberation of the untreated walls / ceilings.

The kitchen is great. The showers (men) very clean, with good water pressure and temperature. Nice beds. Quiet neighbourhood. No noise from the street. Good air quality. Security code doors work flawlessly. Minimalistic ambience. Clean, odourless refrigerator. Clean toilets. Stable Wi-Fi. Easy check in-out. The price!!!

All the doors in the hostel are very heavy and they make a lot of noise when closing. It would wake up us up sometimes at night
