This is the first hostel that I need to put the clean bedding set on. No trash bin.

The location is ok. It only takes around 1 km to the downtown. You can park on street. They leave the clean bedding set on the bed.

We were unable to cook during our stay because of the state of the kitchen. Cooking oil everywhere, dirty utenziles, and mouldy fridge. Better just stay there for sleeping and spend the rest of the day outside.

Not too pricey and good location for starting our hiking trip. Easy to get to the hotel and "interesting" check in experience. Bed was alright (a few stains) and our private bathroom was clean. Room was private and not loud.

Lack of staff, some staining on the beds/mattresses, sinfle beds were broken, balcony didn't feel particularly study, curtains missing so unable to have a dark room to sleep in, coffe machine wasn't working, no kettle to use to make a hot drink. Did not see one staff member to address issues with. TV didn't work, no city view as advertised with room booking, no on-site parking as advertised. Great location but not worth the money and lacking significantly in many areas.

Could have been more clean. It was more like a motel than a hostel - no atmosphere. No personal at sight - only on a phoneline.

There was no cycle parking. There were absolutely no facilities such as the 'grill' and bbq as mentioned was not working. Biggest complaint is that during my entire stay not a single member of the staff was in the hostel. The reception where one checks in was locked. The first time we called the number, the person on the other end cut the call. The second time, he just told us our room number on call. The person could not speak English very well. The lack of staff anywhere in the hostel was inconvenient.

The room and the location was great. The hostel was very peaceful and quiet. It was pretty cheap as well.

Refrigerator full of rodden food. Pillow and blanket very stained. No toilet paper. Door had wrong key. New key was very very tricky to use. Had to try many times before the door could be locked. Door handle broken. Very noisy. All doors slam shut with a lot of noise.

Did not get the right reservation, was shorted 2 beds. The owner stopped answering the phone. One room had no heat. Many rooms would not lock. And the place was extremely dirty including bed covers with blood. Also ran out of toilet paper

Kitchen was unable to be used due to food scraps and sludge on all surfaces, cookware left out with food in it or put away dirty. One bathroom for the whole floor, door could not be locked from the inside, only cold water available at basins. People smoking inside the building. It was a disaster. 1. The room was a complete mess: torn mattress covers, stained walls in cracks, furniture with scuffs and traces of use (for example, the seat cushions of the chairs were not screwed to the base). the overhead lighting in the bedroom did not work and the bedside lamps did not work reliably. the icing on the cake was the cobwebs above my bed. 2. The Wi-Fi was working. Without internet connection. 3. My friend’s bedsheet was covered in some sort of fur. 4. The room didn't lock from the inside so we slept with the door unlocked which felt unsafe. 5. In general the room didn’t match the photos on booking.com 6. The biggest issue is that there was no one from the staff in the hostel to talk to. They didn’t answer the phone calls as well.

Good location is the only bonus of the place.

I would like to report my bad experience during my stay at this facility. Unfortunately, there were several problems that greatly affected my stay. Firstly, I had to wait over an hour to receive the room key from the staff. Additionally, upon arrival, the room was not ready. I was informed by the staff that the cleaner was absent that day, resulting in a delayed cleaning of the bathroom and changing of the bed linen. This took a significant amount of time and made me feel very uncomfortable. As a result of these circumstances, I spent most of my time outside the building to avoid the chaos and only returned around 8pm. Consequently, I was unable to fully enjoy my stay. I must admit that I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

Easy and pro-active communication with lessor. Flat is old fashioned but clean, everything is prepared e.g. towels, a functioning washing machine, well doing shower and full equipped kitchen. The location is close to a supermarket and a park is nearby.

It was like a place of refuge. The floor of the room looks like it has not been cleaned for a year. The bad smell of dead fish could be smelled everywhere in the hotel. The rooms did not match the room that was booked. In general, as I said, it was not a hotel, it looked more like a place for the homeless. All night I could not sleep, because there was no feeling of security. All the doors were completely open and without security.

The kitchen was on the other side of the hotel. The floorboards made noise every time you walked. I would never go there. I do NOT suggest you go there. To attract customers, the price was a little cheaper, but I would never go there again. I don't suggest you go there. It was the worst place I have ever seen in my life.
