Nothing I didn't like.

A young man has open this hostel. Why? As he told us because he wants people to connect and make rekations. He has spent the last 4,5 year on his project and he has absolutely succeded. I can only recommend his hostel. And it's on of the very few in Germany in general. I wish him and his dream all of luck in future and I will definately go back myself.

Only one toilet and shower for the entire women-floor. Really clean and private but had to wait to use them almost every time.

The manager/ owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had made an error when booking, there were a shortage of rooms and he still found a way to fit me in. He was also very friendly and helpful. He physically took me to show me where I could store my bike. Facilities are fantastic. There's a bike storage room. A laundry area. A kitchen area that's well equipped. The reception and bar are on the top 'penthouse' floor with a roof top seating area which was lush. The room was very clean as too were the kitchen area, shower and toilets. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city. There was a great atmosphere to the place with modern posters a signs as well as a good automated security locks on room doors, lockers and the main enterence/ enterence to floors. The lady's have a female only floor which makes the hostel even more secure if female. I really can't fault this place. I'm cycling through Europe and had a difficult days cycling. This place was a mini oasis at the end of a tough day. HIGHLY highly recommend 10/10

I really had an amazing time in Hostel Mannheim! Julian is a great host, always up for a nice chat and cares a lot for his guests. It’s easy to socialise spending nice evenings at the terrace, having movie nights in the common room or enjoying the (free!) cereals in the morning. Also the hostel is full of funny and cute details - you can tell that a lot of heart and soul was put into the hostel.

Hostel with great facilities and perfect location in the center of Mannheim. We were very well taken care of by the staff, very friendly atmosphere and excellent service. I highly recommend the place.

The bathrooms and toilets were clean and spacious, but having only 1 per floor is too limiting.

Hostel Mannheim is located in a very well-connected area, and the walk from the main railway station to the hostel is along some of Mannheim's really beautiful buildings like the Schloss Mannheim. The staff is very helpful and provided useful recommendations based on one's interests. The common lounge was a nice place to interact with other travellers.

The only thing was that my window faced a bar and it made a lot of noise with fights and drunk people. But except this, everything was very nice.

The place is clear, spacious, comfortable, they provided fans due hot weather and everything very nice! Joel was very attentive and helpful.

Very well located, super clean. A female only floor and very confortable rooms. Privacy curtains, lockers, and towels provided for free. Super friendly staff, and common areas where you feel really comfortable. I would definitely come back.

I was switched beds for each night, but there is no need! turned out my bed was not cleaned for the new people but I happily stayed but just a little faff. personally I find that other guests at the hostel don’t really speak English so I found it a bit harder to be outgoing and social but that’s personal!

clean and has all the necessary services. social upstairs in the morning and the evening. the kitchen and extra social area was outside the dorms. usually used when the room is too hot but you want to do your thing or for louder things before 10pm. location is perfect and it feels safe as a solo woman to explore the town and eat out!

The place is brand new, the personnel extremely friendly and helpful, the hostel has everything you need and very centrally located. I will come back

The helpfulness of the staff. Always available to help with any issue. Perfect English, great for explaining how to get to places. The location was perfect for all major events and sites. The tram to Heidelberg is within yards.

I liked everything about Hostel Mannheim! It is new, contemporary, stylish, spotlessly clean and designed with every travellers need in mind. Most of all I love the friendly culture and environment Julian and his team have created. It brings people together yet gives everyone their own space. You realise from your first contact with Julian that everything comes from the heart! A very special place to stay.

sooo clean, everything is brand-new. staff is so friendly and kind. can store luggage for free. have small breakfast. hopefully you make a big money haha, you deserve it.
