We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Rooms were okayish, cleaniness, staff on reception etc. Rooms and furniture are ok as well - in overall in this hotel nothing stands off, exactly what you would expect for that amount of money

RomaniaFirst of all wase not explaines why there are 2 keys and i find out by my self when i so the guests are closing the entrance door,for 141 euros per night to step on the carpet and to cut your leg is not very nice and there is no one to complain as we needed to live very early,i have picture of the glas piecec finded on carpet in front of the bags and second of all full of spiders all over the room my son could not sleep because he have alergie by insects.

GermanyThis hotel is the worst I've ever visited!! Everything in the room needs deep cleaning, no minibar, no air conditioning, all rooms are above the cafe, which is all day loud and annoying!!! The staff is impolite and they all have no respect. After 9 pm you can't find even a cup of coffee. After booking and paying, I was surprised there with additive payments for nothing!! Food is too bad!!! I've experienced better services for cheaper prices in many other places, and off course with full respect!! Pure waste of time and money, I would never go there again or anyone recommend!!

Germanyhotel had a very old fashioned feel about it. long bureaucratic check in. long waits for elevator. bathroom in room was tiny. no fridge or tea or coffee making facilities. (3 stars?). no airconditioning. loud fire doors in the corridor. german breakfast - bread rolls were horrible. the same rolls you bake at home in the oven. the basis for a good german breakfast are the rolls. shame as the rest of the breakfast was ok. evening meal - the food was like in a canteen not a in restaurant. tasted ok but things like overcooked or tinned veg reminded me of school dinners. they served up the worst tasting soup i‘ve ever had. leftover tinned peas with coconut. 🤮 the outside terrace was in the middle of a car park with cheap plastic furniture. the location - it was a good 30 minute to the town centre. in summary it was ok for the price but i would definitely stay somewhere else next time.
hotel is ok. staff ok. location good for cyclist going along the elbe. view of castle from the room in the background (although supermarket and car park in the foreground). draught beer was excellent
