The reception / entrance to hotel doesn’t have the nicest feel about it ..

Very comfortable room with extremely comfy beds with a modern bathroom with all the amenities … bathroom was modern clean as well as room .. no view from room but hotel has a nice roof terrace … the breakfast buffet was fresh and the bread was amazing . . the staff in the hotel were very friendly .. the lovely guy that cleaned our room every morning did an amazing job …the staff in the breakfast room were also friendly and very helpful …

The hotel has good access to and from the airport by train (S8) and is located at the city centre. All the items in the fridge are complimentary.

With a friend celebrating our 50th birthdays. Hotel Deutsche Eiche location is Excellent. Every staff members spoke brilliant English and always happy to help.

The sauna in the hotel is only accessible to men. Not great if you're a woman ! I suggested at the reception to have time slots for men or women.

The room was very clean, we had a nice view from our window, free mini bar, restaurant below the hotel and rooftop bar! We were greeted with complementary prosecco on the rooftop. Paid private parking was nearby in a safe & clean garage. Very nice staff. Great location, only a few minute walk to Viktualienmarkt, and around 10 to Marienplatz.

Nothing, awesome place!

If you are looking to be in the centre of town and within walking distance to most of attractions, then Hotel Deutsche Eiche is for you! My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and loved it. The highlights were location, while close to everything it’s in a quiet street so no sleep issues. The free mini bar is amazing! What a great idea, topped up each day it was awesome to come home and crack a beer. The rooms are large and well equipped, the shower is wonderful with lots of water pressure. The hotel has easy access to the trams and trains. There is a restaurant at the hotel and lots of cafes, bars and supermarkets close by. We also found a laundromat a 10 minute walk away which was cheap and good. An all round great place to stay!

Our neighbours from above were a little bit noisy

Location, very nice and friendly staff, big clean room, free minibar - see for the first time!, nice bathroom, arranged a garage 200 m from the hotel - spacious and clean, very nice neighbourhood. Very nice small balcony with cosy table and 2 chairs and nice view! Would stay again!

There was nothing I didn't like

Great rooms in a prime location with attentive staff! Loved having a room with a tub and balcony facing into the courtyard. Also, free mini bar was a wonderful touch.

Nothing really.

Location is great, central but not on a busy street and easily reached with public transport. Room was spacious enough and very quiet (back of the hotel), bed was good. Bathroom was fine and everything was very clean. The on-site restaurant is great (I cannot comment on the breakfast though as I didn't have that). There was a tiny balcony and a rooftop terrace for smokers. There is a gay sauna at the same premises, but with a somewhat separate entrance (didn't go there).

Great location near Marienplatz, and close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Stored our luggage when we arrived too early for check in. Also loved the free drinks supplied in the room.

Extremely well located with a charming roof terrace and adjoining restaurant. Very nice room with free minibar amenities. Very close to Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz, as well as other sites.

If anything has to be complained about its the price for the breakfast. Specially if you travel a lot € 20,00 is a reasonable price for breakfast on site, but the offer is comparede to other hotels, this is much to much.

The location is very central and the hotel as such is very good. It's also great to have a great view from the roof bar. Prices are reasonable and personal is very friendly.

Alarm clock was set and we didn’t notice when going to sleep… woke us up at 00:15 😅 And we were missing one towel
