The hotel is close to the centre. We reached the city centre in a short time by car, but we did not experience public transport. There is a market right behind the hotel. We found cafes for breakfast in the neighbourhood. The night staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I can call it a price performance hotel.

The hotel has a policy that the money you paid for the reservation will be reversed from your card, and that you will pay the same amount again upon arrival at the accommodation. The money is, of course, reversed immediately, but if it is a weekend, the banks do not immediately return it to your account. So - bring more money when you come here, as long as nothing surprises you :)

The location is not very close to the center of Cologne, however, the hotel is only a few minutes away from the station that takes you directly to the center. There is also a large ALDI market next to it, which has a huge offer as well as incredibly low prices. The staff does not speak English at all, however, they are resourceful and you can agree on everything nicely. The rooms are cleaned every day. And I can't believe how nice it cleans. Really, every praise for both cleanliness and comfort. Also, I don't remember accommodation in Germany where the internet and heating were better :)

Only cash is accepted, the receptionist exclaimed it was in big writing on the booking page, impossible to miss but I couldn’t see it anything that said that so he made his irritation known! Slightly rude but fortunately there was a cash machine across the road from the hotel. Parking is a nightmare there, I would advice others to drive around the back and park near the Aldi supermarket that’s there.

The breakfast buffet had VERY limited options and not much for vegetarians at all, the window was left open in the room and the heaters off so it was cold in the room

They only receive cash. We wanted to pay the stay and the breakfast, which was an amount over 150, but they did not let us.

The location is perfect. It has two supermarkets, a burgerking, a gas station and an atm nearby.

It took a while to check in and the person on reception did not seem aware that a specific room type had been booked - I was offered either the double room I had booked but with broken blinds or a single room with no windows. I opted for the room that I had actually booked, however it was not ideal for the blinds to not work as it was on the ground floor, with a terrace from which people would have been able to see the bed. There were also some cut electric cables visible above the bed, which meant it looked a bit unfinished. The room was generally clean and tidy, but I don't think the bins had been emptied or the surfaces wiped down.

The bathroom was very nice - apparently it was new, it was very spacious and clean, with amazing water pressure and nice towels and toiletries. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the room itself was spacious and light. There was a TV and mini fridge but I didn't use these during my stay. It was very quick and easy to check out and the breakfast was quite nice. The location was fairly good, not ideal for getting into the city centre, but close enough to walk to a few restaurants (albeit mostly fast food ones like Burger King). Very close to a train/tram station.

There was very limited parking. The downstairs parking was closed and there was some disagreements between staff. The carpet felt a bit old as well. Breakfast was very disappointing. Not worth the €9.50

The elevator can't reach the aisle where my room was. My friend is an old person and had to use the stairs which was a bit difficult.

The staff was very nice and comprehensive and the room was comfortable and clean. It's really good for the price. The hotel is very close to a tram station which can take you to the center. If you wanna go to the airport you can take a tram and a train. I recommend.

Good breakfast! Nice size rooms. Room had a hot water kettle and some coffee in the drawer underneath the machine.

Didn't give an option to pay with card, had to go the ATM to get cash to pay. Breakfast wasn't available in the morning but that was probably due to a low amount of guests staying that day. No lock on the bathroom door and the free wifi didn't really work that well.

A very nice room, wonderful bathroom, soft beds, good price, walking distance from the concert venue we had to go to. Free parking was also appreciated.
