Really nice looking hotel in a great location next to the Hauptbahnhof. The place looked really professional and tidy compared to some other hotels and the reception staff were helpful in check in and selling drinks etc.

the location of the hotel is very central, a few minutes walking from the train station, which I thought would be a good point. Unfortunately, I was not aware of how bad the area is, with a lot of alcoholic and drug-addicted people on the streets and a lot of garbage everywhere. I felt very unsafe going even out just for dinner. It is a pity because the hotel itself is good and with good price-quality.

I travelled for work. The hotel is just near the main train station. The room was spacious and clean. It was also possible to store a luggage in a locker there before check-in and after check-out. There was also a free small bottle of water on the desk. The staff was friendly.

The room was hot and noisy from outside. I had to buy a ventilator. There were few hair both in the room and in the bathroom.

It's okay the rooms are not ready before 15:00 but why are reserved parking in front of the hotel not possible before check in time. Why park your your car in a nearby garage and come back later to park in front of the hotel? Pointless hotel parking system only works if you arrive late by car and don't bother to see the city

The hotel has a good location. The staff is kind and polite, and more relevant, they were able to resolve a "big trouble" in relation to a mayor pipe that got broken. Rooms are confortable and with enough size but quality of pillows can surely improve.

I book a parking place and in despite it was reserved for me another guest used it and not leave on time, so I had to discuse with the hostess so I could park in the next place free. I parked after 5 hours waiting time.

The breakfeast was very good, the room very clean and the location is very convenient
