The bathroom smelled of smoke. We had to keep the door shut during our stay so our room didn’t smell. Very basic and old hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Walking distance to everything we needed. Cheap for a night passing through Baden Baden.

Really should have air-conditioning, weather was exceptionally warm at the time. Management need to repair or replace room safe, it's a must for people travelling. Car parking a bit of a rip off. Enjoyed stay nonetheless.

The decor was rather tired and could be updated. Street noise - it was very warm and without air conditioner we needed to keep the windows open. Street cleaners in this town are very thorough!

The best thing about this hotel is the location - easy walk to main sites and the park. Underground parking was convenient (if a little tight!). The room was spacious and we appreciated the fridge (you need to bring your own cups and kettle). Good breakfast (additional to room price)

We had constant smoke smell coming from somewhere when windows were open.

Large room with sitting area was very comfortable. There was a breakfast in the lobby for extra $. Rooms facing street may be noisy in the morning and during the day if windows are open, but completely silent if closed. Bus stop to train station is 5 minute walk.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable hotel and good value. Excellent location and great breakfast (extra cost but worth it). Onsite car parking facilities and bike rental available . Would certainly recommend if staying in Baden Baden.

No proper aircon and lift didn't go up to our floor

Room needs to be updated. Bathroom shower/tub is not comfortable. Bed was not that comfortable. Employees did not wear uniforms and wear street clothes so you never know who actually worked there. This could be improved to make the hotel look a bit more professional.

Great location next to Caracalla Baths and main shopping streets. Good wifi. Some of the people working there were helpful.

Everything was ok.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. Excellent position in the centre of Baden Baden. Parking (not free) in the hotel quite convenient and a good option, as you don´t need the car at all in the city

Parking is extremely limited, I'd say around 15-20 spaces available underground. We were advised there were none available and to just try and find a space somewhere nearby which wasn't what we wanted to hear after a long ride. We were travelling by motorbike, secure parking is a must for us and was the reason we booked the hotel - somehow the member of reception staff did manage to find us a space in the end so that was greatly appreciated. Also appreciate there was a Porsche festival on and the garage was full of them so perhaps more demand than usual.

Believe our room was upgraded without telling us to a larger one so no complaints there! Comfortable beds, plenty of space and a good clean bathroom. No AC, but full length door windows you can open with a fake balcony and a large fan provided. Lift from parking garage straight into the hotel so easy access with luggage.

No AC. The shower cabin is poorly designed - tiny and with leaky doors. Both are minor though.

Nice room, good location. The breakfast is amazing (well worth 15 euro). Good internet (not a given in Germany).

Stairway (no lift) to reception. Generally a bit tatty. Duct tape holds the window frames together and carpets are stained
