We struggled to find stuff to do in the area with our young son. Ended up driving to a playground in a nearby town.

Located right next to a Tesla supercharger, this hotel was a convenient stop for us on our way through Germany. The restaurant is also very good. Overall would recommend!

There was a big party on Saturday evening (wedding?) at the hotel and there was loud music playing until late in the night. The base from the music made it hard to sleep... even if we had a really nice room on the 3rd floor.

I didn't realize the hotel was located on a major secondary highway. With window closed, the room was quiet.

The room was a bit hot, but with the window open it had cooled down nicely by the time we went to bed. Very comfortable room, very new and clean. The breakfast was excellent.

There was no sheet on our daughter’s bed. We got one, so problem solved, but still a bit of a nuisance.

Perfect location for a pit stop on the German motorway. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast was delicious. All items were very fresh and there was a great variety. We loved it so much we bought a gift certificate to give to our friends as a thank you so they can enjoy a dinner out.

The personnel at the reception could have been a bit more detailed how to easy access the room with heavy luggage. Took an entrance to without any elevator. Found out later another entrance with an elevator, but then we already had carried the luggage up the stairs.

Modern hotel with easy access from Autobahn. Comfortable beds. Excellent light in the bathroom and for reading in the bed. Excellent mirrors. Good breakfast that was open already from 06:30 in the morning.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff went above and beyond trying to answer questions and serve our needs. Truly amazing staff both at dinner in the restaurant, breakfast and reception staff. Highly recommend.

I didn't like an staff behavior. They very so arrogant and not nice to us. Accept one waiter and cleaning lady. They were super nice. But on reception, they were totally don't care than we came spent some money.

Kitchen was great, hotel is super nice, room was really comfortable.

Staff on our arrival were unhelpful and quite grumpy. When we made the booking they sent us an email to say that if we arrived after 10pm, they would leave our room keys in a safe with a key code. That was OK by us. However, We arrived at just after 9.15pm as we had a long drive from Hannover. When we asked at reception for our key, the reception guy was actually quite brisk and rude to us. We were actually quite upset at the lack of welcome. We know we are British, and Europe generally hates us because of Brexit ... but this was seriously bad. We didn't get any smiles at all from staff generally and check out was the same .... no asking if we had had a good trip or a nice stay. Very poor service. And it was not to do with language. I have Family in Germany and they all speak wonderful English ... no the reception staff here need some training on how to welcome International guests.

Access to Family and The city. Cleanliness was excellent. Rooms were comfortable. Cleaning staff were in every day and we actually got a good morning from them and a smile!
