The location is - even though very central - very dodgy. The street and the next few blocks are full of drug dealers and addicts. Of course nothing will likely happen if one takes care, but one should be aware of it before making the booking.

Very clean and comfortable facilities, great value for its price, good breakfast. I could also safely store my bicycle in the inner yard during the night (which is not only locked, but also monitored by cameras).

The reception of hotel was very kind and helpful, the hotel was very clean and organized, regarding the location it you look for calm its not for you as its in the downtown in heart of nightlife activities, if you want to avoid it there's another way to the hotel to the main station, the hotel is in walking distance from the train station & everywhere in Frankfurt. thanks

The shower cubicle is very slippy perhaps a non slip mat could be provided just to help a bit,

The reception staff were excellent and very helpful, the room was spotless and serviced daily. The breakfast was a bit samey but adequate, perhaps a little more choice could be offered but was as expected. The area is a bit dodgy at night but the hotel is perfectly safe and the homeless and junkies is not the fault of the hotel.

disposition. but that's not the hotel's fault. it was noisy and there were a lot of drug addicts and homeless people. but this is not the hotel’s fault, I would not highlight this as a minus for the hotel. rather as a minus to the city.

Very friendly staff, the room with balcony was great, very comfy bed. Very close to train station, lots of restaurants and Rewe supermarket is around the corner. In a walking distance to Zeil shopping street and main sightseeing places.

The temps were about 82 degrees F. Outside, so - needed to keep the windows open. Even with earplugs in, the noise from the street was quite loud all thru the night until about 4 AM

The location is close to the Bahnhof and very easy to get to. The beds are compfortable and the breakfast is great!

The “street public” outside the hotel is terrible. But the hotel it self can’t do much about it.

It was SO clean. Room service was provided daily and thoroughly. I needed a table to read and study, and it was comfortable with good lighting. The location is excellent, just few minutes walking from the central railway station.
