The basin in the room was so tight we kept spilling water onto the floor or hitting our head on the shelf above, a solution is to move the shelf to the side or a different formation to store bathroom needs.

The hotel was well situated to access train transport and within walking distance to the main part of town. Car parking was safe and secure. The lad who looked after us at breakfast was attentive and on the second day remembered our wants from day one. Our room was in a quiet zone and we slept well.

Just would suggest better pillow and also a shared bathroom renewal, although it was cleaned and it had all the essentials. It's not like I missed anything, it just could enjoy more charm :)

The location is fantastic! Close to the Central Station and all facilities and turist points. The personal staff was very kind and welcoming. I got a room with the backyard visit and it was a delight. The breakfast had lots of diverse options, only missed more fresh fruits cut served at the buffet. But for 11€ it was very nice! Would come back and recommend!

- No elevator. As the hotel is more like a multi-storey house, taking the bags up the stairs can be very exhausting. With multiple heavy bags, a total disaster!

The toilet and bathroom is common for the floors. It could be better.

The staff was very kind. We didn't have to ask something to him but I am pretty sure that he is ready to answer and help whatever you need. The location is close to the Cologne Cathedral, so you don't have to use public transportations to get there.

The day when i flight to Cologne my flight was cancelled due to the strike in the city. And I requested to hotel management please cancel my reservation and they didn’t accept. That is not customer friendly. Finally i found flight to Dusseldorf and go to the hotel by train.

If you any the Ritz, this accommodation is not for you. The price is what you would expect. Simple set up. Really good location with the train station a short walk away. We got an early check in which was really appreciated. If you just want somewhere to leave your bags and sleep, this is perfect.

It was a bit expensive to stay. But I get that cuz it was during the Carnival

I like the location. It is a bit far from the central which I like cuz I was able to avoid all the noises and fuss from Carnival taking place in the central.

Small but cozy and clean room with everything needed to stay for a couple of days. 5 min walk to the railway station and city center is a huge plus. The staff were very helpful with the advices where to go and helped to make a tea when I asked.
