Rooms are relatively small but still OK if you travel alone.

Excellent location just a few metres from an underground and S-bahn station, a couple of stations from the very centre and on the line to the airport; friendly and professional staff.

this is clearly not a 4 star hotel… I’d say 2 at most. feels very budget. water in the shower not warm enough. not a very nice room. ok for a night or two but not for the price they ask for

Shower is so old so its sprays in all directions, better to be renewed. Wall and shower tiles could also be cleaner.

Location- 2 min away from the subway and tram station Berliner Tor. It's only one station from Hamburg Central Station or 2 stops until the Old Town Hall. The rooms were clean, warm. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning is made each day, if you request it. It's definetely a 4 stars hotel. We didn't try breakfast, as there are plenty of choices outside.

2 days do not working lift. I stay on 5th floor and no any information and support and sorry from staff. it was terrible run with bags from reception to 5th floor up and down

We left luggage at the front desk as we arrived before the check-in time. When we returned to check in, they realized they lost one of our bags. After a search that lasted till well into the night, they found the bag in someone else's room. The excuse they gave us was that they let another guest into the luggage storage area to retrieve their luggage, and they were too drunk, so they took ours by mistake. I am not sure what's the point of putting tags on the left luggage and giving ticket receipts if they are letting a random, drunk person rummage through the luggage storage and take whatever they want. Not only that, but the person that took the bag opened it and took all my clothes and other items out. They had to return and retrieve more things that were missing three times. So not only weren't we able to sleep till almost 3 in the morning, but it also didn't feel great knowing a stranger had access to my clothes and underwear because of the incompetency of the hotel staff. That showed that they don't respect their guests' belongings. The next day we complained to the manager, and all they offered us was a robotic apology and a free drink at the bar. The only positive is the staff member who was very friendly and apologetic, despite it not being his fault, and who eventually ended up finding the lost bag.

The location was ok, and the room was fine, but the way they handled the problem when they lost one of our bags was unacceptable.

You have to pay for parking, there is no ventilation in the room and the bathroom was the smallest i have ever seen for a 4 star hotel. That hotel is Maximum 3 stars. The bed was terrible

No bar open when we were there and none close by but with the transport network that was not a bother.

A safe luggage store for an early arrival. Great value comfortable room on all counts. Quiet with no disturbances.5 minutes from the U and S bahns.

Just nit-picking here... The rooms weren't as quiet as I had expected, but this still wasn't much of an inconvenience. My room was also quite dark which wasn't helped by the dark furniture, etc.

Room was a nice size. Staff were fantastic. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Perefect location with the underground nearby to reach the centre in minutes.

the room was very stuffy and warm on hot summer days, even if it was cooler outside. with no ac or fan, the only way to make it bearable was to open all the windows, which let in noise from cars and motorcycles from the nearby highway. The beds were also not very comfortable so combined with the heat and the noise, it was very difficult to get a good night’s sleep there.

good breakfast, and the hotel was close to the metro so it was easy to get around
