The hotel rooms need to be refreshed - the walls are dirty. The shower curtain also looked pretty terrible. The room definitely didn't look like the photos - it looked much worse. The carpet in the hall and halls was so dirty that it was disgusting.

The hotel is located in a great location - right in the center. The receptionists are very nice. It's hard to find any other advantages.

Very noisy room on first floor faceing the main street.

Close to U-Bahn. 24-h reception. Good wifi.

The fan in the bathroom was so noisy and it was running for a long time even you used the bathroom/wc for some seconds.

Location is very good. Cleaning guys are super nice people. The ladies in reception are also kind.

The room was quite big with multiple beds, chairs and a table making it apt for a week trip. Additionally, the area is well connected by tram and bus.

The fact that I had to sit in reception from 14:00 to check in at 15:00 and my room was ready.

Staff made mistake about my payment , I paid by cash but still deducted in my online bank account, if I didn’t checked i didn’t know what happened.

Maybe the room needs ceiling light and net curtains.

The is my favourite hotel in Berlin. The location is excellent, opposite is the metro station and the bus stop. it is a few stops to potsdamer platz. The hotel is claen, quite and near to so many restaurants and coffee shops. I was also surprised to find that my room was upgraded to a larger one with more facilities for no extra charges, For that I must thank the hotel officer, Mr Walid Lotfy for his kind care during my stay. I will definitely go back.

There was a very bad smell of sewage in the hallway, the carpet was extremely dirty. It’s also a shame that there’s no kettle in the room.

The rooms are old and worn. The vending machine at the ground floor doesn't work. The temperature in the room can't be controlled.

There was a leak pipe (waste) maybe? Around 3rd floor was stinky.

I did not like the rooms on the ground since I first got one on the ground, quite depressive. On my request I got better room on the fourth floor. I did not like the cleaning of the room since they did not change sheets every day.

I liked the location which is extremely good. I liked the breakfast as well, which was quite good. I liked that hotel was 24 hours with receptionist at the entrance of the hotel.

Stank like sewer during arrival, airconditioning didn't work, sun curtains didn't function, dated bathroom, room cleaning ends at 12.

Not much can be said on what I didn't like. Mattress was clean and had a protector. Shhets were clean, towels offered everyday and cleaning offered everyday. However there was no pillow protector so I could clearly see someone else's soaked up sweat from the previous guests. This was over first inspection of the room and no dout over my stay my sweat was also being soaked into the pillow material directly. However I am quite pleased generally it was minor oversight. It was very very hot the week away and it's understandable the people would be sweat much more than usual. Also would suggest better signage branding outside to let customers know your a hotel if it wasn't for the website people might not know your even there.

The hotel is very clean and well presented very minimalist look. Basic budget with a small touch of luxury is just what the traveller needs. Food available down stair late at night for when you need that juicy burger to recover from all the party's you can go to very close to bars restaurants and clubs. If your in the mood to see the rest of Berlin the u ban public transport is only a step away.

Booked a double, got a single no apology or attempt to rectify. Rooms very hot with no a/c so had to ask for a tan with a €20 deposit which I got back. Water in the room is NOT free! Housekeeping especially on c/o just enter without knocking first.

Good location and easy to get around from. Good restaurant next door.

Not very clean toilet, the borders of the doors were very bad. It's very noise if you open the windows. The location it's a bit scary.
