Room was quite airless even with window open. Very dim lighting in room. Lack of fresh fruit options (just apples) or tinned fruit!

Almost opposite main train station so very convenient. Good size room with very comfortable bed. Plenty of sockets for charging devices. clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff especially at breakfast.

Room was a bit hot; we opened the window but the street is noisy. No non-dairy milk at breakfast.

Clean rooms. 2 rooms with a shared door so that we could treat them as one large room. Windows which opened properly. Very easy to access from the train station. Hotel has some character: unusual lifts and windows.

The parking situation 👎🏼 The old woman from the reception was not nice at all. You shouldn't put someone like this to "welcome" any guests👎🏼

The location is really good (9 of 10) and the rooms were good also (8 of 10). Breakfast is included and pretty good (7.5 of 10)

The breakfast was quite basic. No gluten-free options available and request desk-rejected, even though requested multiple days in advance. Very small room. Barley space for two people and their luggage. A shower curtain is somewhat a strange and unhygienic thing nowadays.

Woke up to workers outside our window at 7am, there is no air conditioning which is not a problem if you open your window but no one warned us we would be waking up to loud noises. We were on the 5th floor so you would expect some privacy A warning could have been nice not a fun surprise to 2 young women travelling alone

Room size as advertised, bear in mind this could not be big enough if you travel with a couple of large suitcases. Wi-fi was a little intermitent, nothing to actually go to the reception to complain about, but could be a problem if you need to work with your computer.

First things first: the location is unbeatable, right across the Hauptbanhof, you'll be wherever you need to be in no time. The staff is super friendly. Top-notch, very comfortable bathroom, great water pressure and temperature. Good, nutritious breakfast.

The lady in the reception as well as personnel in the breakfast room were not so friendly. They were like not happy to see the guests coming to the hotel. Even though we wanted a bigger table in the breakfast room and although the area was empty, the man insistedly seated us at a small table without a reason. Moreover the variety in the breakfast was very little, not many choices

The location of the hotel is great. It just on the other side of the main train station street. It takes a few minutes to get to the all “must-see” places of Hamburg. The room was cleaned every day we wanted and towels were changed as well

There was nothing to dislike as such but breakfast room is small considering we had to wait in queue for 15-20mins to be seated which was a bit of hassle since we didnt knew regarding the waiting time and we were little short on time due to sightseeing bookings. But anyways, we were able to make it on time so all good :)

Location of the hotel, just outside the Hamburg central station. Nice breakfast and polite reception staff. Didnt had to wait long for us to check in and check out. On the checkout day, they kept our luggage in locker room with proper identifier tags and was verified too when we reached to take them back, which we liked from safety perspective :)

The breakfast is NOT vegan friendly at all. Not even a non-dairy milk alternative which in 2022 should be offered everywhere. That's the least they could to. Otherwise it's pretty basic. Also, t he room was badly soundproofed. Sometimes we could hear our neighbours talking and because it's right by a busy street there's also a lot of traffic noise, even on the top floor.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and it's a decent option for the price! The location right by the central station was also perfect.
