Like to have bigger towels and think it would be good to have a coffee shop open all day. Everything else excellent.

Very comfortable, very helpful and welcoming staff, on the desk, in the restaurant facilities and especially the wonderful concierge team. Excellent central (west) location perfect for our needs.

I was there for a conference, but unfortunately I had to work extensively during my stay. That means I got to stay in the hotel for a lot of time, and it is comfortable enough to keep me there. :) specious room, clean, quiet, nice room service and helpful staff. I really appreciate my stay there.

Door handle on the bathroom door feel of in my hand when closing the door, shower faucet was partially dismanteled from the wall - some updates and maintenance were needed in the room.

Booked the hotel for the breakfast, pool and location and all were excellent.

No AC. I would have given 5* all around except our room got too warm. One day, it was warm and humid, but there was no way to turn the temperature down. The thermostat is set, and you can't make the room any cooler. The staff were nice enough to bring us a fan, but we still had problems sleeping.

The staff were amazing, the room was great, and the breakfast was plentiful and very good. There were so many things to choose from. Everyone and everything was exceptional and better than expected. Comfortable beds, nice shower, and plenty of amenities. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Berlin.

Our shower head holder was broken. Also the bathroom was designed by a man: makeup mirror was in the darkest corner, towel hangers were a kilometer away from the shower/bathtub, tiny plastic trashcan that moved anytime you tried to put anything in it. We also lacked a hanger or two next to the door for our jackets.

One of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in, if not THE cleanest. The breakfast was great, the swimming pool was small but cosy, the back massage jet there was a highlight of our stay. The furniture look older, however it was very functional. Despite windows facing a busy street the room was extremely quiet. Bed was VERY comfortable.

Towels in the room could be bigger (like the one from the Spa). Also something to consider is that the hotel only offers Buffet for Breakfast which costs 39€/person. It would be good to have the option to choose smaller/faster/cheaper breakfast. There is room service for breakfast as well but need to be ordered one day in advance

Really nice stay. Rooms are very comfortable, quiet, clean and with everything you need. Spa is open is open from very early in the morning until late evening which allows you to use it more often.

Good breakfast and swimming pool facilities (didn't use the sauna area) were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even gave us an upgrade to Business Premium. Excellent location near Zoologischer Garten with plenty to do nearby.

Just EXCELLENT ! The hotel is in a great location in d centre of the city, all amenities nearby. Superb comfortable room., very comfortable bed. The bathroom is just fantastic there is a bath but also a shower all of the highest standard. The staff are friendly and go out of there way to help. Indeed it’s a rare find. Would recommend it anytime Great value for money too.

Nothing, we had a really good experience in a wonderful well run Hotel

We loved this hotel, everything is thought of. Reception staff and concierge are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are of a very high standard with staff offering cleaning and turndown service daily during our stay. Hotel has a pool and spa services. Trendy Gin Bar located in the hotel with wonderful restaurant offering steak and other food options. Special mention to the Breakfast Staff and Mater Di. Even during the busy times, staff were excellent and never appeared anxious and under pressure. The range of food for breakfast was the best we have experienced.

I did not receive a reply regarding my dinner reservation the day before arriving. However, it seems to have been a genuine glitch, and on arriving staff were extremely accommodating and I was still able to make the dinner reservation at the time I was hoping for.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Staff were both professional, friendly and helpful. The dinner and drinks at Beef 45 were delicious. The swimming pool was lovely and tranquil. I wish I could have had a longer stay!

The variety of the cocktails at the bar could be improved.

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Ku’damm. The pool was amazing (the temperature of the water was perfect). The service at the hotel was excellent. We have had a problem with the shower and a technician immediately came and fixed it pursuant to our report. The breakfast was superb and the staff at the dining room was truly helpful. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable.
