No problems at all. On-site parking spaces a bit limited in number but parking on the road nearby is easy and free

Very clean and good sized rooms, convenient location a short way out of the city centre (but easy to drive in or take the tram - or bike!) and the free coffee machine in the foyer is very welcome.

Everything went well.

Really stylish place, comfortable and welcoming. Homey feeling. Beautiful lobby with free tea and coffee. Water fountains are placed in every floor. The rooms are clean and neatly arranged. Pets are allowed and parking is available.

It was in a good Location for my purpose but not that close to the city. Easy connections to the main train station though. Clean and nice rooms. Hotel had everything you need. Coffee and tea all day, a gym.

I was told the breakfast was 14€ and then they charged me 17€ (said I had to buy it before having the breakfast). The bathroom door (sliding glass) would close only half way. And I did tell the manager so that she might have the door fixed in room 111.

Perhaps not that important, but everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and nice. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from the end of line for Tram 2. It has parking available in front of the building and on the neighborhood streets. The hotel is clean and the "usual" concerns were addressed (comfortable beds, hot water, large room with space for luggage/ hang-up items). Coffee/tea/chocolate was available in the lobby area. I didn't take/buy any but there was a refrigerator in the lobby that you could buy beer and perhaps non-alcohol drinks (didn't look at it). I would definitely stay here again

After a quite nights rest, there was a splendid breakfast: very nice atmosphere, cushioned seats and one of the best Darjeeling First Flush I had for a long time. And the flowers on the tables were real. It appears that this particular hotel is one of the first installments of the arthotel ANA style - an Augsburg creation.

I missed the kettle in the room, I like to drink my morning coffee or tea in quiet. Also, the free water in the corridors was too cold for me and the hot water was not available (I guess turned off).

It was easy to check in (reception was closed when I arrived, and I have arranged everything with them prior to my arrival). Bed was big and comfortable. The size of a room was good and with quite good wifi.

Staff shortage. I came back at 10PM on 30th September night and was pressing the bell for someone to answer, nobody answered the call bell. I was not informed that the room key would also work for the main gate of the property so I had to wait outside in the cold for 20-25 mins before a guest helped me out.

Amazing hotel. Cleanliness 5/5, Staff 5/5 (Special shout-out to Pato, I hope I'm spelling his name right), Amenities 5/5, Location 2/5. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness on point. Best thing is the amenities that they provide. Massage chair, gym, solarium 24hrs operational. Free coffee machine for guest use 24/7. I didn't take the breakfast option but ig it'd be wonderful. The only drawback is location. It's around 7KMs from the Augsburg Hbf.

Reception was closed at 3pm and we couldn't get a couple thing sorted . Crazy time to close Reception

On the whole it was pretty good but we arrived about 3.10pm on a Saturday. Reception gave us a key and disappeared. Got to the room and required 2 more pillows but they had gone !! Made a coffee at the lounge (free) and wanted to go out on the terrace but it was locked ! Hallway carpets are a bit stained ! Room was good though! Breakfast was good and helped to make the review positive

Not convenient to the train station. Have to take a street car and then walk. Breakfast is not included in the price. Have to use the window as a shelf for toiletries. Third bed was a futon.

I've stayed here many times, because it is fairly close to my family's residence in Haunsgtetten. In a residential neighborhood not far from two grocery stores. Many amenities on the property, including a fitness center and free bikes. Very extensive breakfast selection.

The rooms aren't really sound proof so you can hear people talking and walking along the corridor. The bathroom was also a little small and the shower hose wasn't completely secured.

In addition to tea and coffee at the reception, there's also ice cream which is nice. You can also rent a bike for free which is perfect if you don't want to walk or wait for the train.
