The breakfast was a bit disappointing - we went down an hour before it finished but a lot of things had been cleaned out but not replenished unfortunately.

The hotel is in a great location right by the lake (even the second house is only a short stroll away). The room was very spacious and clean and had views of the lake and mountains. Check in and parking were easy.

The hotel is located in 2 minutes from Chiemsee - the big and beautiful lake, so it's the first and the biggest advantage. The staff was friendly and helped with everything. The breakfast isn't something special, but good enough to start a day

We didn't realize there was an annex, and we ended up in it. There was one door which opened into 2 rooms. It was a little disconcerting because we were always afraid someone would be coming in to stay in the 2nd room.

Everything was new and clean, and the breakfast was very good. Parking was very convenient since it was on-site and free.

Position directly on lake. Restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast was tasty (yoghurt, fruit, different types of tasty bread, müsslie, great vitamin juices, eggs, salami,....) Our room was very, very spacious and the bathroom too. We were three in something like an appartment for six in the white and blue building with restaurant (there are 3 buildings). Overall we would raccomend it.

The hotel has two buildings - on pictures you only see the "premium" part, these lower cost rooms are located in the "budget" building, which is old. Windows and all equipment is just old as well, but clean, so not really an issue. I would assume that during summer it will be very noisy, as this building is just on the corner of main touristic road. Breakfast was decent.

The localisation is very goog, you can't get closer to ships going to Chimsee Castle, but it was totally out of season and there was no issues with parking. I guess during summer it can get very noisy and crowded there. The room was spacious. Beds comfortable enough. The service in restaurant was very friendly and food was pretty good too - you could get Kasespetzle or some other bavarian meal, although prices were not low. Overall ok.

Excellent location right on the lake. I booked a family room as I thought that a double room would be a small double bed. We had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in a separate building behind the main hotel. The bedrooms are a bit dated but its a lovely building with a lift. The bathroom had a lovely large shower. Massive windows with lots of light. Beds were comfortable. A bit of street noise but not after 11pm. Staff were amazing! A good breakfast was enjoyed. The restaurant was really good as well!

Not welcoming. The man on reception was very superior and snobby. Holes in bath towels with frayed edges. and dodgy shower with a curtain. Beach front is pushing it a bit! Dreadful coffee at breakfast, if coffee had ever had anything to do with it! Go to Schiller across the road for breakfast, much better and not more expensive. .

Brilliant having sockets with USB points. Good size room on the ground floor, which was great with the dogs.

Perhaps due to the fact that the hotel building is already old, there was no ventilation in the room or in the toilet. In fact, it felt like there was a jungle in the toilet. The reserved room with a balcony overlooking the lake was actually a view of the industrial halls.

Good location if you want to be in the middle of tourist services and by the lake. Dinner at the restaurant by the lake at sunset was enjoyable. Beautiful building and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The building was very old and poorly maintained. Broken lamps, bulbs, problem with the sink in both of the rooms we occupied. Overall, House 2 is more like a hostel than 3-star hotel. Very bad!
