Loud noises from the street. Stains on the furniture and sheets. Only staid one night and woulden't want to stay here for mire than 3 nights. Also you cant lock the door from the inside.

Lots of construction in the immediate vicinity making it very noisy. Breakfast choices somewhat limited but adequate.

Unfortunately there was a grumpy woman assisting with breakfast ! Breakfast was 7am to 10am. I got there for 9.30 looking forward to some scrambled eggs only to find none there. I enquired and was brusquely told "finished !!". No apology or will see if the chef could do some more. Very rude.

Hotel location is good. About 5 mins walk from main station. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. There was a mix up with rooms but he sorted it without fuss. Bed was very comfortable.

Old hotel building, elevator and rooms too. The bathroom could be newer and cleaner, there were yellow streaks. The room had some damage to the plinth near the ceiling, part of it was missing. The soundproofing is not very good, the street noise is very audible, although the room was on the 7th floor. The place of is also not one of the best

Quite a cheap room, very close to the center, sights of the city and the train station. The breakfast is wonderful, tasty and varied! The room was clean. The bed is large and comfortable, there is a good table, chair and wardrobe. The room turned out to be quite spacious, but the bathroom is a little cramped

I didn't like the conditions. Rooms with tiles and old doors. people could be heard from other rooms.

We stay 3 nights in this hotel and last day We need to leave hotel very early, 6:30. We asked a staff to arrange package for breakfast (because We paid it), but they didnt accept even the kitchen was open. Also, We asked them to arrange taxi from Hotel to bus station, but they told that they can arrange a taxi just to the airport. They dont think about guest needs.

I asked the moment I booked the place for a quiet room, knowing that many people complained about the noise from the street. I got a room with windows facing the street...so it was pretty hard to fall asleep, being loud even after midnight. The cleaning is not done right; the towels look old and used, although they were newly hanged at the beginning of my stay there, the floor was dirty, the surfaces were all dusty and had marks from the people that stood there before, and everything stood like that although I hanged the green sign with "please clean". Don't get me started on the remote control...it had layers of dust, grease, chocolate(?). The side of the tv had also greasy fingerprints that I wiped myself. The room has a musty smell to it, although I aired it daily for a couple of hours. I asked the receptionist if I can take a sit in the lobby seating area (sofa and armchairs) in the evening and enjoy a mug of tea from their machine and he told me the machine is not working in the evening. I found it weird, knowing that most of the hotels offer that. It is a basic stay for a couple of days for people that want a nice yummy start and easy access to what München has to offer. Nothing more.

The location is great, 200 m away from the main trainstation and close to restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets. You can walk to the old center and see plenty of attraction points. The breakfast was also good, had a variety of bread, rolls, cheese, ham, muesli, eggs; the woman working that station was pretty quick in refilling the plates and cleaning the tables.

Although location is excellent, the area can be rough at night. Locals are extremely loud late into the night which makes the area seem seedier than it really is.

Amazing location! Close to Karlsplatz, Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt. Also located just 2 short blocks away are all the buses and trams and the central DB station! The single room is very utilitarian but comfortable. Water pressure and hot water is top notch. Wi-Fi connection is the best I’ve experienced in any hotel I stayed at anywhere! Breakfast is great yet practical.

The location was close to station but I thought the street was a bit unsavoury. I realise this is not the hotels fault and I felt safe in hotel. Room location was quiet.

There was no air-conditioning or fridge. There were no drinking glasses in the room. I mentioned this to reception when I was leaving and they said there should have been 2 in bathroom. I said there wasn’t , nor were they put in when room was cleaned. Breakfast was good
