Location Location!!! The view from our room was phenomenal. Staff were exceptional! We spilled red wine on the comforter and the staff could not been more gracious about replacement. We were so embarrassed but they us feel ok about the situation and it was appreciated.

The person who checked us in was somewhat rude. However other than that one person, all the other staff were wonderful. The pillows were too soft but the staff immediately brought great neck support pillows when we asked.

The shower was great. Unfortunately the water over flowed into the adjoining toilet which did not have any drainage. This made the the toilet floor wet.

Fantastic room that includes a small chandelier! The room service and information is via iPad and one can type the requests via chat. We asked for kettle and had queries on heater settings and the response was fast. We also loved the breakfast, that includes lovely croissants and delicious cold cuts. Additionally we noted hotel made efforts in sustainability by using glass for the shower and shampoo gel.

Christmas Eve dinner pricier than expected, but we didn't ask beforehand, so not their fault, really.

Reasonably priced accommodation given the stunning town centre location and beautiful, spacious rooms. Our room rate included a delicious and varied breakfast and free sauna access. The English speaking staff was extremely helpful and experienced, easily piecing together our additional dinner and car parking booking. (They helped to arrange parking a short distance off site at a discounted rate as we booked the spot late and their own parking space was full and made special arrangements for us to join their Christmas Eve dinner when they were actually booked full already.) We also received a complementary gift on Christmas morning and was given a Fussen card on request, which offered free use of the bus service to the castles and the Tegelberg cable car. Cannot reccommend enough!

The room did not have an enclosed shower room. The shower room was open to the rest of the room and only had a sheer curtain for privacy. The water closet was in an enclosed room.

Stayed with 2 small children. Had a decent size room and a wonderful view. Location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and sites. Breakfast was great and plentiful in a lovely restaurant area. We reserved parking and would highly recommend that if available.

This hotel is now one of my favourites! I wish I could have stayed longer. The staff is so helpful and friendly and the location is perfect. The spa area with the steam room and sauna is amazing and a totally relaxing space. The decor is great and the beds are very comfortable.

Amazing boutique hotel! Staff was super helpful and the food (both breakfast and dinner) was wonderful. Great location for Neuschwanstein Castle and easy (15 minutes, flat) walking to gorgeous views of the town, mountains and waterfall.
