No hot water when we arrived, and the morning after. Fixed for the sexond day though. Equipments are spartan when there (don’t expect to cook much). Quite small for a family of four for anything alse than sleep there. All in all not great value for the price.

Nice beds, free and easy parking, very close to the city and train station.

Be careful, you need to check-in in other hotel that is quite far if walking. You can check in via phone, if you don't want to go there, so take that in consideration.

Although it is small, it was very comfortable, and all the needed things were there.

- that’s sad that you cannot have breakfast there. (but. a supermarket, bakery and MDs not far away) - no A/C or a Ventilator for the room - The toilet brush was nasty (parts from previous guests)

Had a Great room with a TV, Wi-Fi also included and 2min in the city by car. You have enough space and the room was clean. Lovely place to stay for vacation

The front door seems to have some problem. It is not supposed to be locked from inside, but sometimes it cannot be opened from inside. The staff has quickly solved the problem for us.

When other guests arrived and talking in the hallway you can hear everything and it woke us up from our sleep. The walls from the room to the corridor are paper thin.

Missing internal light and bottle shelf in the fridge. No microwave. The main bedroom had a broken handle which fell off. Someone could have locked himself inside the room. My father managed to fix it. Three towels were stained with a couple of spots. Floor area between the kitchen and the toilet was squeaking. Being a loft apartment, the ceiling was quite low and rooms were heating up quickly under the sun.

Shower stream 🚿 is very weak. No shampoo or shower gel. Windows are on the road, was a bit noisy to hear cars at night

in the beggining it was very col, so we had to put hearing to the maximum.

Everything abiut the house and smooth check in process is good. We’ve had a kitchen, nice room, big bed. quiet silence area, close to center.

The hygiene was abysmal. We are talking rusted radiators, paper pealing off the walls, black mould, broken beds, heating not working, cockroaches and sticky bed sheets. The hygiene really couldn't get worse. The service is also terrible with the guy telling me it wasn't cold and heating wasn't needed when it reached 5° at night. Also this is a hostel which isn't stated on Booking.com! They claim to be a luxury room in a building. Nothing luxury about it!

The location is the only thing good about the place

Very small, though the photos made it look much bigger and rather chic. It was probably the worse place I stayed in since I was a student. The impression may have been made worse by the horrible smell of mould. The last day we found that the smel was coming from under the bed in the bedroom. The I noticed the small rating the property has on Booking and the obnoxious replies the host leaves to criticizing reviews.

Apartment had a low price so it is affordable for longer stays, plus, the building has parking places in its own yard.

The room was very dirty. The sheets were stained. There was mold on the seals around the windows. The only reason the floors have the dirty design is so you can't tell if its dirt or design. The floor was sticky ( with shoes and with socks) The towels smelled like mold. There was a strong smell of bug spray in the hallway and in the room. When we brought this up with the property and sent them pictures, they said we're lying. Cleanliness is not a comodity regardles of how many stars the accomodation has. It is not negotiable. We have a 2 year old and because of the above facts, we could not stay in that room. We were lucky that we had enough money to go to another accomodation. We could only add 4 photos. Hopefully this review will help others to avoid this place.

It was within 15 min walking from the city center. Parking was ok.

The bedding was well below average. The toilet was broken and didn’t flush. They did fix it straight away but then it didn’t work again so we fixed it ourselves. Checking in property is misleading. Email says you can check in up till lunchtime then again after 2. We arrived at 10.30 told not ready till 1pm. When time poor this was inconvenient.

It would be much more convenient if tea and coffee were in the room - now you have to go to the 2nd floor.

The family room is perfect for both family and friends as it has two bedrooms. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need. Good location, big parking place.
