I normally do not review, but this property earned one. For improvement, we need coffee in the room.

Rooms are big and comfortable. Awesome owners, exceptionally helpful and friendly. The whole vibe is brilliant. Feels like brand new. The layout is also very nice.

They have a cafe with good coffee at the lobby but tea and coffee in the room would be a great addition. But it did not affect our stay at all. We still highly recommend this place.

Friendly and welcoming staff, nice new hotel with modern design, spacious room, free street parking, comfy beds, clean, fast WiFi, easy access to central Munich. We would definitely love to stay again.

We liked everything.

Really modern, clean and comfortable. Public transport to Munich city was relatively easy, buses every 10mins then the U Bahn, about 30mins in total.

Everything Was OK.

A unique place. The pleasure of sleeping while traveling. Very nice people, clean and comfortable. The children liked the original beds the most. I recommend! We also had the opportunity to eat a delicious breakfast.

We liked everything, the kids were only missing a bench or chair of their size (aged around 6) to be able to sit and put on their shoes as they used to at home and in the school, maybe something to consider for this cool 2 bunk bed room. 🙂

Check-in was fast via the friendly receptionist. The kids liked the bunk beds and their extra light and table feature, the curtains were very handy. The walk-in shower room was very nice, the shower can be placed as high as around 240cm, tall people should appreciate it. 🙂 The two rolling puffs for sitting were fun for the kids too. Everything was clean and tidy.

- Breakfast was not ready on time as advertised. However the stuff did their best and served the breakfast. I had to leave early in the morning for a meeting but my parents stayed. The stuff took good care of my parents while they were in breakfast. I was able to get breakfast when I was back from the meeting

Seems like a motion sensor in our room above a sink was broken. It turned on every few minutes during the day and night.

The walls are really soundproof. We were 2 families with kids sharing a wall between our numbers, and we didn't hear each other. Amazing) Also, the breakfast was good, everyone could find something for himself.

Very cool structure. We took 3 rooms for 4 people each. Large beds, prive bathroom with large shower. We also enjoyed the breakfast of the hotel that is quite abundant. The guy at the reception very professional.

The fridge didn't stay very cold, was a little dirty, and no TV movies but we did like the classical channel, And loved the fan (also needed a dusting) No ice machine for customers

No air conditioning, ventilation could be better. There was something like thermostat on the wall, but it likely to be heating control. Wasps in the breakfast area.

Strategic position: not too far from the city center but far enough to be a quiet place where you can relax. It's also near a couple of places worth visiting, like the BMW Museum and the BMW Welt, the Olympiapark and the the Sea Life Aquarium. It's also near to a Lidl if you need to buy some food or other stuff

We had a great staying. Volkan was very very helpfull so was the girl at the reception (sorry I don't know her name). Very clean, easy parking at the premises, super markets at walking distance, comfortable beds. The bus stop extremely close. Thank you very much! Christos, Anna and kids.

No big problems. Probably the subway is quite far from the House, and a not so easy connection to the city center.

Good room design, a lot of space for everyone, lockers. Clean room, nice breakfast. Parking lots can be found in the close neighbourhood.
