Just FYI that there isn't an elevator. Not a problem for us, but something to consider for those who travel with big luggage or have trouble with stairs.

Great hotel in a lovely part of town. Very friendly and helpful staff that gave us recommendations for excellent lunch and dinner options and directions on how to catch the train to the airport. Big clean room with good facilities. Great breakfast! We would absolutely stay here again.

All was wonderful, no real complaint. An electric tea kettle would have been wonderful: I was caught in a storm walking back to the hotel. I would have loved a hot tea. The hot shower helped just as much :).

Impeccably clean and very quiet. Comfortable beds. The room and bathroom were fairly spacious, not crammed. Nice neighborhood, good public transportation to the city center.

I liked everything about the hotel. There is nothing I did not like. If anyone is looking for a 24-hour hotel, this is not it, because the hotel owners close at 10pm so they can sleep too! Which is completely reasonable, since they are the only people I saw at the front desk.

Breakfast was fantastic. Hotel owners were very kind and helpful. I only had a few hours to explore downtown Frankfurt, and the hotel owners gave me a map and helped plan a route so I could see most everything before catching my flight. The Star Wars LEGO decorations were a nice, personal touch! The hotel room was very clean. The location was excellent for walking around. It was right across the street from a pizza restaurant.

Just a tiny thing. When you have a "Do not Disturb" on the door because you want to sleep, it would be nice not to be disturbed each morning. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

The breakfast was quite comprehensive with croissants and variety of bread, cereals, eggs, milk, juices, etc. The rooms were very clean and the husband and wife team were very friendly and helpful. Good location to restaurants and pubs. Also near the river for jogging and great views.

It would have been helpful to have coffee/tea making facilities in our room. We felt under pressure due to limited booking in time as all flights had been delayed due to heavy snow in other parts of Germany. To their credit one of the owners stayed up past their normal time to book us in. I would imagine that this would be a problem for anyone flying in as flights are often delayed

As a family run business we were treated like a friend and the staff were very helpful as we had never been to Frankfurt before. We really enjoyed our breakfast and were given a good choice of things to eat and drink.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows aren't as fluffy as I like - however that is a personal preference. I booked a double and used both pillows!

The owners were so kind, and helpful. The location is about 15 mins walk from the main part of Frankfurt. The breakfast was good - light breakfast options like cheese, meats, bread, cereal, yogurt, eggs. They served a great cappuccino. Such great hosts, and I would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel in a great location. The value was good. I had a long layover with an early morning pickup that they arranged for me. I did not have the breakfast since I left early morning. They do not have air conditioning, airport shuttle, or elevator. I booked a taxi from the airport and it cost $35 to the hotel and $50 returning to the airport. You could take the train and bus but I didn't want the hassle. Many bars and restaurants are nearby.

The friendliness of this family run hotel was amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was excellent. Breakfast was great and they even make your scrambled eggs fresh. The area was surrounded by great Apple wine restaurants and it was walkable to all the major sites. Thanks for a great stay

The location is great, close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Berndt the owner is very hospitable and kind! He gave excellent recommendations for everything! The breakfast is very good! I traveled through Italy, Germany & Austria for five weeks and this was the best place I stayed, Berndt made me feel very welcomed! I highly recommend this hotel!

Not much to say on the negatives! It was a little hard to find as it was in a back street. There was no elevator, which made hauling luggage a little difficult. That's about it!

Really friendly service from the get-go. Couldn't do enough for you. Loved the Star Wars figurines around the place. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Excellent spread, Hotel Hubler staff make a brilliant omelet. The location was great, right opposite a pretty little block of cobbled streets full of bars and restaurants. Will definitely rebook here if we're ever in Frankfurt again!
