I was there Christmas Eve, no were to eat as the dining room was full? Also had to take a Taxi to the hotel with a very cranky driver as there is no shuttle. More information should be provided via the hotel how to take the train Frankfurt airport is confusing and super large.

Great access to the S-Bahn station "gateway gardens". The hotel was great with literally no let-downs. I also liked the fact that they offered Ritual amenities in the toilet.

We had a 1 day layover in Frankfurt & hotel is in a great location next to train station for connecting to Airport in less than 5 mins and also City in 25 mins. Room was clean, spacious clean and the buffet breakfast very good.

Access by tram was not that easy due to renovations in the stops and route changes

Very clean and organized, and good rooms. They have a restaurant and bar. Gym also looks nice.

If you pay by card, they take an additional deposit per night, at the reception they didn't immediately tell me about that additional amount until I saw the funds reserved on the credit card. At the end of the stay, they return it, but it's still not pleasant when you see a higher amount without warning you about it in advance.

The location is close to the airport, convenient for early flights. The hotel is modern and rooms are well equipped, the rooms are spacious, comfortable bed, very clean.

Kids slept on the couch but it was very uncomfortable. Maybe for very small kids max 5 years. We should have had 2 rooms then but it would have been too expensive. Also there were 2 pillows missing. The phone to reception didnt work so I had to go there and the night receptionist just put it in my hands and I had to carry it to my room...

there isn't a restaurant in the hotel, only a buffet for breakfast.

the room was completely peaceful and silent, modern and comfortable furnishing. towel warming rack, hot shower and coffee/tea pot. couch and sitting area. the hotel is very near the subway/train station, and from there only a few stops to the airport

I would have rated it higher if it wasn’t for the sofa bed. We traveled with children and they slept on the sofa bed, which was the most uncomfortable ever. It’s bumpy and hard. The children had difficulty sleeping. It’s a pity that a hotel with this standing couldn’t invest in a better sofa bed. Even 3 stars hotels have better sofa bed than here. For this reason, we can never go back to this hotel, which is a pity as we go to Frankfurt often.

The room is big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Car park is clean.

Under-staffed, we arrived late around 9PM and there was only 1 person at reception. Waited 20 minutes for check-in, and there were 5-6 more families behind us in line. There was another staff standing next the to reception in front of the restaurant, she preferred to stand there and doing nothing instead of coming over to the reception. The garage was shared with hotel next door, a bit confusing with the parking signs.

New hotel with nice and spacious rooms for the price. Garage parking available onsite. Proximity to the airport.

It is not clear at all how to access the underground parking so when you arrive there you have to park in some random place and only at the reception you are told that parking entrance is close to Best Western hotel. Some signs would help! The area is quite ugly, but that's expected when you book an hotel close to the airport

Wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant, and they could not get us, a party of two in..I was very surprised, and they were not that nice in the restaurant.

The doors to the bathroom toilet are sliding ones, which are not possible to lock. What is worse, they do not even close properly, and have a tendency of sliding openuy themselves some seconds after an attempt to close them. We have stayed at this hotel several times, because we like it as such, but this problem with the bathroom doors persists, regardless of the very room you stay in and really should be fixed. Another, more minor problem, but at the same time unncessary one as it could be easily fixed is that you only have 15 minutes to leave the garage after you pay for the parking. That means that you cannot pay the parking )and the room invoice) before actually leaving the hotel, unless you then queue for a second time at the reception to re-validate your parking car.

Breakfast is good and the location is very close to the airport, making it a very good choice for an overnight stay before an early flight. In general, the hotel is fairly new so the premises are fresh and an good condition. The room rates used to be much better value than for similar hotels in the vincinity, and they are still a bit better, but the difference has decreased.
