When it gets dark, you don't feel safe on the streets as there are scary people hang out near the hotel. Ambulances and police officers with alarms drove by the windows all night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Very close to the train station, which is also a great minus. The windows face the road but the noise isolation is quite good. Even though we stayed here for two nights, the room was still cleaned once.

While we indicated that we were two adults and three kids when booking through booking, the number of blankets, towels were for 3 people… There is no room service after working hours (when we arrived) so we couldn’t get an extra bed set up or extra blankets, so be very specific in your notes during reservation and ask for the extra bed (we were told we could have gotten one if we ordered early, though the website said that they were not available).

The breakfast was basic but good. The location is central but was somewhat dodgy when we arrived in the evening. The hotel itself was basic but good, if small.

It was quite full and loud when we arrived. A school group was there. In it was ok and understandable. No separate hand/ face towels only the body towel was available.

Breakfast would not have covered my diet restrictions though I had sent an extra message asking if that would be catered for. I opted not to pay for breakfast to end up being limited. But it was not a major issue

The window in my room could not open and the aircon did not help much. Thus leaving the room a bit stuffy and warm.

The curtain did not close properly, so light came in and the door was thin, so all the movement and noise in the passage could sometimes be disturbing.

The hotel is conveniently situated opposite the main train station/tram stop and is only about 20 minutes by tram from the airport. The centre is an easy walk away. The room was spotlessly clean, shower nice and powerful and the bed comfortable.

It's a non-smoking room, but I don't know why the towels especially smell like cigarette smoke to me. The pillows are also very slim.

The cost and location are great. There is no noise from the street at all. The bathroom is bright, clean, and quite nicely designed, in my opinion.

The only thing that we did not like was the pillow. It was super soft and I would not even call that a pillow. The mattress was okay though.

The room was a little cold, even though we turned up the heating. Noises from the hallway were easy to hear during the night.
