How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The night stands and table were a bit flimsy. No trashcan in the room, just a small one in the bathroom.
Great value, better than expected in terms of comfort and size. Got a room size upgrade due to a longer stay. Beds were comfortable and the location was great for the purpose. Great value for a 3-night stay.

Morning “amenities” like the Coffee machine could have been better.
Location is perfect. We had an early flight, and it took us 5 minutes to get to the airport. Clean, quiet. Good night sleep.

Limited facilities in the hotel itself, bar area lounge closed so was advised to use the adjoining hotel which was only a few steps away. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room at least providing Complimentary water in the room would have nice.
Within 5 mins drive to the airport terminal, great if you have an early departure the next day. Hotel looked fairly New and was very clean. Check in at reception was easy and staff helpful. Hotel room was basic but comfortable for short overnight stay. Free and easy Parking on site.

Having no tissue in the room. Option to have not had to pay for breakfast, as I had to leave for airport before breakfast was served.
The Staff were lovely; clean room (most important); comfy bed; great location close to airport. Tissue in the room would be very cool. Thank you.

Since there was another hotel right next to our side of the building, I missed transparent curtains to keep more privacy. We either could have the window fully shaded during the day, or make our room a display for others, nothing in between.
We saw positive feedback for the breakfast but it still exceeded our expectations and was something to look forward to every day. Extended breakfast time during the weekend was perfect, we could easily make it a brunch which came very handy due to our schedule. The staff at the reception counter also had change for bills no one else seemed happy to accept, it was very helpful. Check-out till 12PM was also great.

Location of the hotel Is very handy and close enough to the airport to go by walking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet, though I stayed only for a short period of time. I needed to leave early and being able to get coffee without extra charge was very welcome.

One small but important point - perhaps a sign in the Airport to this hotel's direction would be a good help, as also would be an indication at the Airport about which level to start from. I walked on foot and found getting to the Hotel difficult, as the area around the airport is made for vehicles only. Hint :- Get the Sky Train to the Airport Rail Station and walk from there; much less of a walk!
When I found the Hotel, it was both welcome and welcoming. The staff went out of their way - especially Luis D. S. ! - to explain things and to help with further travel. The room was clean and simple, as was the entire Hotel. Food is served across the yard at the nearby Novotel and this also was excellent and well served.

The Hotel is conveniently close to the airport although the main bar restaurant facilities are available in the neighbouring Novetel. Rooms are fairly basic but fine for an overnight stay

I didn't have any issues. Considering room size, basic amenities and distance from city center. I wouldn't choose this hotel for stays above 1 night.
Clean hotel with basic amenities for short stays. Easy access to/from airport which makes it perfect to stay 1 night before your early flights.

The top matras moves so you end up almost on the floor. I needed to rearrange the bedding all a few times at night. No problem if you lay still the whole night. The breakfast is across at another hotel. The taxi is also at that hotel. Minor inconvenience.
Cleanliness. Good service. Near the airport. Good shower. Good free coffee at the reception area.
