We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Denmarkroom was extremely hot when we arrived and most windows where closed. Aircon not able to cool room. We had booked for four persons, but only two beds where made. The bed linen for the extra two persons was in the room, but we had to make the bed ourselves. Also the receptionist seemed frustrated having to explain where to park

LatviaRoom carpet was with dirty spots of drinks. Walls were dirty, sheets and blankets were torn. I stayed for 5 nights, sheets didnt change at all. Breakfast was only panckake, hot dog and boiled eggs from hot dishes. Breakfast are poor and didnt changed.

SpainThe most UNwelcoming receptionist we have ever met. Frau Kr... was reluctant to speak in English, she was rude and unhelpful. We previously called by phone to ask about parking and she hung up on us twice. We were not the only guests she was talking badly to. We were never treated this way by any hotel staff ever. Absolutely NOT RECOMENDABLE.

GermanyFamily room extremely loud because it is facing main road with cars and trucks running whole night, even with closed windows it is noisy and in the hot night was impossible to fell asleep with slightly opened windows. Corona protection rules are a joke (like everywhere?), guests can tick that are vaccinated or tested but no any proofs needed.
Reception staff are friendly, free cancellation until 18h is very convenient. Location near to highway and main train station, but directly facing very noisy street.
