There was no water to drink in the room. I appreciate hotels minimizing the use of plastic and introducing all green practices and I don't mind drinking tap water, however there was no information whether you can drink water from the tap there whatsoever. There were no glasses in the room, nor a kettle either. So if you arrive late in the evening and you don't have your own water that's a problem.

The room was great, perfectly met the needs of our family. The breakfast was basic but tasty and fresh. The location was ideal and there is underground parking.

When having a shower , water was going over the whole bathroom floor, if shower head wasn’t positioned well. No shower door, only a glass wall half way along the wall.

Great location. The hotel was very spacious and inviting. The family room we’ve had was a generous size, also had a kitchenette- which was a surprise. The car park is very conveniently located.

The only negative thing was the lights from the various devices in the room made it difficult to sleep. The TV red light, the smoke detector blinking light, and smart room deplay lit up room.

it is a great location, very centeral for different public transportation and to the train station. Also they have free coffee, tea and water for guest, which was very nice.

We were given a room with a bad smell and with food in the fridge - a huge and unexpected surprise especially that we arrived late and tired. I complained and we were given another spotless room. What would happen if there were no spare rooms???

Good location, easy parking under the roof with access from the hotel - helps a lot during rainy weather, friendly and helpful staff, easy access to late tea, easy night walk with dog - no problem to return, middle of town location but very quiet, air conditioning in every room.
