Not much really. The breakfast is a little bit. Disappointing for the price that you pay. They should provide more options.

The rooms are on the other simple side, but very beautifully designed. It’s a modern kind of style. The simplicity of the colors and the lighting stand out. The lobby of the hotel is a huge space with different areas. It invites to linger. The location is perfect: you are very close to Metro and suburban train, and you can walk to Friedrichstraße.

I choose to have a double bed and instead I had to twin beds together, i know that that depends of availability but is something that didn’t enjoy. The Tv didn’t have many channels and was impossible to connect Netflix or any app.

The place was very close to the underground and make very easy go to everywhere. The room has a mini fridge that is cool for have your own drinks. The staff was friendly and nice.

Our initial room was connected to another room. There was a locked door, separating the two rooms. This door wasnt sound proofed, so we could hear people from the other room talking and we couldn’t sleep. We requested a room that is not connected to another room and they offered us one the next day. We had to move our staff to the new room. In my opinion, they should had informed us prior to our stay about the connected rooms.

This time we were given a non-soundproof room (with a door to the connecting room with loud neighbors), I didn't know it was possible. But I was advised to explicitly mention it next time that I cannot accept such a room. As a result, we could only sleep well during 1 night out of 3, because the hotel was fully booked and there was no chance of changing the room earlier. Please, keep it in mind when booking

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It has a pleasant lobby and friendly personnel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there are complimentary drinks in the fridge. This is the first time my experience was a bit worse because we got a non-soundproof room at the beginning (due to the hotel being fully booked)

The Wifi was ok, but not very fast. Overall it is a very good hotel so I certainly recommend for a single, couple or business travel.

The room (Family room) is spacious with an extra bed. The location is very convenient close to the main station and metro, and a good connection to the airport. There were complimentary drinks from local producer (e.g., fruit juice). The hotel staffs were very friendly and courteous.

Wifi was inconsisent in room - well wifi signal was strong but internet kept dropping out.

The keys lost the code within every 2-3 hours and and every return to hotel began with key recharge at desk Due to early check our required for early breakfast , and noted that extra service fees for this is 15 euros per person in case the kitchen will confirm this service at all .. really surprised City tax collected by check out and also surprised (paid 52 euro) for couple for 7 days.....it's some thing we should know in advance and be ready...

The wifi is terrible for this type of hotel. I barely got service in my room. Also, if your room is next to the service / cleaning room you’ll be woken up early in the morning by all of the movement, banging of the carts from the cleaning staff

The shower was mouldy a little bit, small spot only, but it was visible.

The soap dispenser was not working and even though we notified that at the reception the 1st day, it was not changed throughout our stay.

The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed comfortable, and there were complimentary drinks in the fridge. There was a safe box in the room.

Would have liked a kettle and tea and coffee in room. The coffee in restaurant was awful 😖 The pool table is a great asset but needs new pool cues .

One of the better hotels that we have reserved through Booking.com. Good size room for two adults and one child. Bed was comfortable. Location is very good, as it is close to a Metro station. The restaurant and bar area were lively and fun. Even a DJ mixing live music on Friday night. Bartenders were very friendly and fun.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. And at the desk they asked to write my credit card number on a piece of paper which is not very secure..

The room was clean, they put juice and water free, location very good and close to center.

We put as a preference to have an extra large double bed but instead were given 2 single beds pushed together. There was also a tourism charge that we didn't know about until we arrived at the hotel. Luckily it wasn't too expensive (approximately €18 for 3 nights).

Nice room that was cleaned daily. Nice bar with good beer being served and a live DJ on Friday night. Sauna was nice to have for a relaxing evening.

Great hotel at a really nice location in Berlin Mitte. Rooms are clean and have spacious modern bathrooms. Staff was helpful and friendly and their coffee was good :D
