Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SlovakiaThe hotel was located near the center, just a nice 15-minute walk away. The room was nicely and stylishly furnished. There was a large selection of dishes for breakfast. The price-performance ratio is definitely reasonable for this accommodation. I appreciate that the hotel sent the address where the entrance to the parking garage is located before the accommodation.

Spacious parking garage immediately under the hotel with easy access to the lobby. Friendly service at the front desk. Spacious room that was very clean and with all appliances functioning well. Seperated toilet and large walk in shower. Fantastic large bed. Complete and good breakfast. small but good gym, small but good Sauna. Excellent WiFi.

KosovoI did not like the Sauna working hours from 17 to 22, as it was very limited to really use it. I had the WORST experience ever in a hotel, where at the lounge where the breakfast is served, just a bit after Breakfast(although I missed it cuz I overslept). The Coffee Machine (freely used during breakfast) was ON, there were no signs whatsoever that you can't serve yourself with a coffee and also there was NO STAFF there to tell me, and since the COFFEE MACHINE was there and ON, the cups were there, I helped myself to make a coffee for me and as soon as I grabbed the CUP, an employee came out of no where (from the underground door),chasing me and shouting at me like I was STEALING it, of course I paid for the coffee and went outside to drink it (Not at all in Peace). I would suggest the management to turn the Coffee machine OFF after the breakfast hours, not to confuse guests, or make a free coffee machine in the lobby, which I though was the case for a hotel of that Caliber. However, the Hotel was quite nice apart from this TRAUMATIC experience that still concerns me and makes me uncomfortable!!!
The hotel was very nice, all the facilities within the hotel were amazing and nothing was missed. Especially the FREE mini bar in room, as a mean to refresh the guests. While, also the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful for every requests we might have had. Would be a 10 if the below story mentioned wouldn't happen.

United KingdomNo coffee/ tea facilities or kettle. I wasn’t keen on the sales pitch on checking in to join Melos Club. I was tired and just wanted to get to my room, not to be pitched to join. Longer opening hours for the sauna would be nice. (Presently 1700-2200)

LuxembourgQuality of breakfast deteriorated in comparison with my previous stays at this hotel. Free minibar is nice, but beer is no longer available, pity. Parking is getting really expensive at 22 EUR per day.
Excellent location for my meeting at the ECB. Rooms are well equipped. Staff very friendly. Internet conenction got better compared to my previous stays.

Very nice modern business hotel, all in white, everything freshly renovated, modern style, materials, technology. Very good stable WiF. Large room with an excellent king size bed. Toilet is seperate to large bath room, good shower, good water pressure, rain shower. The room had a wooden floor and was superbly cleaned. Modern and new furniture in the room, very attractive lighting concept. Breakfast was standard;: good but unspectacular. Hotel has a good parking garage, which requires prior reservation. Modern and super clean Sauna where towels and bath robes are provided. Hotel Gym has high end equipment. Hotel is located in Frankfurt East with immediate and easy access to the wide public transport system.
