Impeccable kitchen where you can cook like at home with all the cuttlery, pans, pots, and everything. Comfortable beds, nice distribution of the room with 2 tables and standard facilities. Polite receptionist and good environment in general. Definitely I would love to come back to this place

The people working there are exceptionally nice and kind. It's really too bad the reception hours are so short

Everything is spacey and the location is really great. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook just like home. I stayed in a private double, it was big and comfortable. The hostel is eco friendly with light and water. Self check in after reception hours is pretty comprehensible. Staff was very friendly. There is laundry for a small fee.

the response of the hotel was poor usually 24 hours late....send a message about where to park bicycles on the morning of the day we were to check in, and the response came the middle of the next day after we had checked in.....this was not the only time this happened......it seemed that the staff only worked between certain hours and that they only looked at email when they worked....this was pretty poor.

Wasnt quite what we were expecting, didn't see a sole. Instructions to get in a bit confusing though between my husband and I we figured it out. (Self checkin) Reception on 1st floor. Loos and showers on 2nd floor. Glad our room was on the 2nd floor. As dont think there were any on the first.

Location right near station was very good though instructions for self checking a bit confusing. . We didn't stay very long as got there late and left early next morning for early train.

The location has its drawbacks for the rooms facing the road as the street noise is quite relentless and it continues well into the night. As there's no aircon windows need to be kept open in the summer. Note that small kids have to be kept away from open windows as they are quite low and there's no barrier outside. Another thing is the showers - they are operated by movement sensors which can be quite annoying at times as they either go off unexpectedly or you have to move your hand against one every second, depending which cubicle you're using. Push button showers would have been far more user friendly. I felt that there wasn't enough male toilets. It would be good if there was a place in the kitchen and a shelf in one of the fridges for unwanted food so that other guests could make use of it, especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed.

Brilliant helpful staff, well equipped kitchen with senseo coffee machine (pads included), a great choice of teabags, sugar, salt etc. Right opposite the rail station and the bus stop, not even two minutes walk to the harbour. There's even a washing machine (you will need €3.50 to use it) and a tumble dryer.

It was a tiny bit uncomfortable to go to the second floor to the bathrooms and toilets. The water flow was stopping too quickly, though I understand the aim is to reduce water consumption.

Very hot during the night. The windows leaked a bit a storm hit.

Fantastic location. Staff were very friendly - they even let me store my bag when I went elsewhere for a few days. I booked an 8 bed dorm and ended up with a double bed in a 3 bed room - you can't complain about that! Great service all-round.

Front desk service only opens two hours at morning, so check-in procedures could be confusing without others' help Public bathroom was not so clean and is located at different floor

The room was big enough and I even had an empty room at one night After paying city tax, a free ticket for local train and bus at Bodensee area in Germany was issued which was useful Location was near train station

The beds aren't numbered and booked, so you just have to pick a random free one, which can cause inconveniences if you arrive at night. If the windows are open, you can hear loud train noises from the station nearby.

The hotel is right on the island, so it is very close to the boats. The beach is also a few minutes away. There is a shared kitchen for guests and the check-in process can be done by yourself at any time.

To shower and go to the bathroom you have to go up one floor and the hallway is freezing and the door locks behind you so you have to make sure you always have your key to the front door

Kitchen was clean and had everything you need. Room was very clean and spacious, even had a sink in the room. Also the location was PERFECT!

I got room at 1st floor, so for everytime I had to go upstairs in cold for shower. The wash basin at first floor doesn't have HOT water. Sadd
