The location was the only downfall for us. It was farther than expected from the Old Town. But, it’s right next to a bus stop to take you to the train!

The rooms were nice and big. The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery as well. The staff were wonderful!

It felt like the surface of the hotel was meant to be upscale, but corners were cut in the details. The staff seemed quite disinterested. I felt like I was bothering them by asking a question at the desk. Though we were in a room advertised as having a kitchen, there was an extra charge to be able to use is beyond the refridgerator and sink. There was no kettle in the room, so we couldn't even make tea there. The bed was against the wall, which made it quite difficult to crawl into each night. The pillow was very flat and the stuffing had been balled up, so it was like sleeping on golf balls. Breakfast was fine enough, but it felt understaffed For instance, it when things emptied (veggies, cheese, etc), it was a long time before they were refilled. You had to request tea or anything besides coffee, which isn't an issue, except it was sometimes hard to ask a staff member because they were running with so many other tasks.

The hotel is in a quiet area outside the center of Munich. Including the walk to the S-Bahn, we could be in the city center in less than 45 minutes. Parking was plentiful and included. Our room was spacious, updated, and clean.

The location is beautiful and well connected via public transportation. Sufficient parking options are available. The restaurant was excellent.

No bedside tables. Inexperienced staff in restaurant. Bar not available due to wedding. However it was a busy Saturday evening and the food and wine was fine.

Super room with balcony, lovely grounds with streams and lakes, breakfast excellent. The superior double was actually a lounge and kitchenette area with separate double bedroom. Breakfast had loads of choice and was amply refilled even on a busy Sunday morning.

We didn't like the breakfast that was included in the price.The products are all open to the air, there is a small selection of products. I didn’t like that you had to go to another building to get to the restaurant. I think that there should be a separate place for breakfast where people from the street do not come in! We were upset because there was no freely accessible coffee machine. You could only ask the waiter for coffee. There was coffee on the table that was not tasty! There was no feeling of calm in the restaurant; the feeling that you are a guest and not welcome does not leave you while you are in the restaurant.

I liked the room, spacious shower and toilet! Nice modern renovation! The room smells new and the renovation is modern.The room is clean!I especially liked the bed with the memory foam mattress!The room had a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The interior was inviting and reminded us of our home! It was very cozy and pleasant to be at home!We were filled with a feeling of coziness and comfort! I wanted to feel like I was in my own home! Great view from the window! Beautiful windows to the floor!

Excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good for car travelers especially from other countries because of the emission free zones in the Munich city limits. We initially booked for one night but decided to spend two nights.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely breakfast. The hotel is also very close to a bus station (it is just outside the entrance) and from there it is very easy to travel to anywhere in Munich using the public transport and google maps ;-)

We didn’t find the beds very comfortable. Mattress was okay but duvets were very heavy and there was only one big feather pillow each. Would have preferred smaller but firmer pillows.

Really liked the location: you're in the city and yet it feels like you're in the countryside. A beautiful park and river nearby, great for walks. Public transport within walking distance. Also nice authentic rooms and a good restaurant downstairs.
